Excellent Mexican dishes. Nice variety of salsa and guacamole. Tacos and burritos were very tasty. Unfortunately the staff was to busy and missed some drink orders.

Tinga served up a fairly nice evening, but in our opinion there's some room for improvement. The venue is quite kitsch (if you're into that kind of thing), and was lively with dates and parties. The staff were fairly attentive, although we did have to remind our server about an order. The serving order was a little strange. Dishes came out as they were ready, tapas style, but as it's not tapas it ended up with half our party eating while the other half waited. The food was OK. It was fairly tasty, but some of the dishes were a little bland and some were just weird. The black bean dip tasted like not a lot, as did the fish tacos. The king prawn tacos had a mango sauce on them that was incredibly sweet, and completely overpowering. The empenadas tasted good but were pretty soggy. The drinks were also OK. Tinga lager isn't anything to write home about but is a nice alternative to standard lagers if you're looking for something different. One mocktail came with a charred piece of orange, which we guess was meant to be lightly blackened but ended up dropping a load of ash into the drink, and was very strong smelling.

We found the best Mexican 🇲🇽 Resturant in the UK 🇬🇧! It only took a year... Spicey Margaritas went down fabulously! Guacamole, King Prawn (shrimp) and Chicken Chorizo tacos were perfectly flavored. I have been missing good Mexican food! Nice to know where we can get our Mexican food fix on this side of the Atlantic! The atmosphere was an authentic quirky Mexican motif - All they need to be more authentic is Caribian blue water and 27°!

Delicious tasty dishes, we ordered many tacos as a main, with other sides. Full of flavour, loved the chicken Tinga taco, as well as the beef one- the tequila was something! Especially the honey flavoured shot! Really nice service, nice friendly staff. Loved the atmosphere and environment- good music in the background, good volume and fantastic decor. Salisbury definitely needs more places like this. Would recommend and we will be returning

The staff were extremely friendly and we got seated as requested in a quieter corner of the restaurant. The food was delicious and I was really impressed with the variety of options available on the menu.Go for the Nopales tacos and the Steak and Cheese tacos. They have grasshoppers on the menu but I wasn't brave enough to try it.

I have lived in Salisbury for years and I've never even heard of this place. I found out that it's been open for 3 years. It's very different to anything I've been to not just in Salisbury but anywhere in the SW. It's awesome, 3D walls, cool ornaments everywhere. The food was great, came out well presented and cooked well. From fancy cocktails to Premium Tequila this place has it all. To top it off the staff are great with very good service......highly recommended.....

Absolutely perfect! We were spending the weekend in Salisbury and chose Tinga for Saturday dinner. The decor is quirky and colourful, they play some upbeat Latin music, but it is the perfect volume to be able to talk to your party. We had an array of small plates, bean guacamole, quesadillas and a variety of tacos, steak, pork, prawns, fish, poblano pepper, cactus and a bottle of Mexican wine. As dessert, we had churros and cheesecake. Every single dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was amazing, and my friend got a birthday card and a free dessert for her birthday. And the final bill was so inexpensive.Overall, we loved and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun place to go but wishing to eat some good food as well!

Incredible. Perfect food, drinks and service. A wonderful place to be. My new favourite place. Jess was terrific, explained everything and made us feel wanted and couldn't be more enthusiastic about the place or her employers. A rare experience that speaks volumes. We live 40 miles away but will return at every opportunity. Thank you to all involved.
