Valeroso Lounge in Wiltshire

Had breakfast which was yummy but they unfortunately missed things off my plate. Staff were quick to rectify it. Reasonably priced, would probably be nicer for an evening meal as it was very dark in there despite it being a bright sunny day.

Enjoyed the food. A bit disappointed with Cheeky Monday. Free dessert if you order a Burger. Was told after eating my burger you have to order dessert at the time of ordering. Despite no mention of this.. However.. it was rectified after a little moaning..

Always love coming here. The building is lovely. The staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. All food is delicious. Great to go on an evening as well.

Things have changed, for the better, since my last review. Have been here a few times now and have really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Teething troubles may have hampered my first visit. Seems only fair to change this now. Had an amazing meal with the hubby and a friend. There was a bit of a wait, which we were warned about and that was fine. Had some drinks and a catch up while we waited. The mountain of food we ordered turned up and there were three very happy people sat at our table. Even had some extra fried brought out as mine had been sat for a while and were "cold", they weren't but I wasn't complaining! Thank you for a Lounge experience that was above and beyond standard and simply delicious! Picture was taken once we'd started, as I had forgotten! Three Beyond Meat cheese burgers with kimchi fries, Mac and cheese and onion rings to share. Yum!

Great restaurant in Trowbridge town. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Dog friendly with treats and water provided for your pooch. The food is generally very good and there a lot of variety in the menu

The ambiance is low lighting and very comfortable. We came with a large group, 10 people. The staff accommodated us easily. Our waiter, Rich, was lovely and very friendly. His colleagues were professional and our order was quickly served. I can't wait to come to the Valeroso Lounge again. I thoroughly recommend visiting for great food and service. They also cater for vegan and gluten free diets.

Food is nice if you're willing to wait for it. I'd recommend bringing your own drink though. Every soft drink seems to be weak tasting and I even had bits of food floating in mine. Manager seems very upbeat considering his staff are stood around having private conversations in front of waiting customers, rather than helping the rest of the kitchen staff herd, slaughter and butcher the cattle themselves to make 2 burgers. I assume that's what took so long. Won't be back.

We had breakfast here and it was a bit mixed. The place and atmosphere were welcoming and interesting. The full breakfast had some nicely sourced food but some elements lacked seasoning and taste, like the mushrooms and poached eggs.

A great venue with friendly team. The food on the other hand is very disappointing. Quality is good but the portion sizes of some meals for what you pay is embarrassing. The chilli is served in a small tapas style bowl and the rice virtually non existent. When we asked for more rice we were refused and told that it’s measured out! Will definitely go back for drinks but after last nights experience myself and friends are unlikely to eat there again.
