Wagamama in Wiltshire

Only giving 1 star as the staff are entirely pleasant. Our takeaway was stone cold barring the ramen which was still warm. Very dissatisfied with this. Food when you sit down to eat is great. Takeaways need a massive re think in how they are packed.

Worst noodles I had in my life, half an egg in it, only grease from beef… My girlfriend got salad mostly and rice, not much more…Shame on you! Wagamama is not what it used to be!

I really rate Trowbridge Wagamama, it's actually quite authentic. The food is really nice and they have Asahi! Service is great, even when it's busy they're fast and friendly. The only thing that sometimes let's them down is things being out of stock, but expectations are well managed from your arrival so I'll not mark then down for that. Highly recommend and will be visiting many times again.

Really delicious beef ramen,I cook a lot at home and I have lots of experience with different cousine. nice and quick service, will be back.

Went to wagas today (shock). Food was a little off, bit too salty and ramen wasn't as good as usual, however there was a different chef in. Come here a lot and there is never an issue with food and it wouldn't stop me coming again!Bryan was our server, he was absolutely superb. So friendly and approachable. Very polite and great rapport. Just exceptional service all round! He really is a credit to Wagamamas Trowbridge. Thanks Bryan!

Absolutely great service was great food was hot something for everyone on the menu food was delicious great layout and comfortable experience all round well done

Very pleasant all over: the seats though plain wood beams are not uncomfortable, and they are at the proper height with regards to the table; lighting is good, I can read the menu, or see what is I'm eating without turning my mobile flash light on; you know exactly what you order, the menu is precise; the vegetables are cooked to perfection, for taste and health, they are still crunchy; the atmosphere is pleasant, the large mirrors on a whole side adds to what makes this place somewhere you like to be and come back for more, and give the other dishes a try. Last word, the staff is very good, attentionate. Will definitely be back.

What an absolutely fantastic experience, never visited before, there's ample parking and all the restaurants here are on ground level so it's easy to get around. Wagamamas was incredibly busy when we called and eventually had to wait around 35 minutes to get seated at a table, I would definitely recommend that if you're thinking of going perhaps be better off ringing and booking a table first. Would I go again? In a heart beat I would.
