Wowzers, what a heavenly shop....but then I am the target demographic so not a shock that I LOVE this place. What's not to love though....two cafes, a wine bar, a deli and a whole corner of actual John Lewis. A heavenly experience, all they need is St.Peter by the door to usher you in.

Very nice atmosphere in shaded area outside the cafe. Good food. Good service. Excellent friendliness

A very nice space to shop, with a nice range of John Lewis items also. Staff are always friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed them.

Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Wish the staff didn't get in the way of customers, or at least be more aware. They sometimes seem totally unaware of us shoppers. I felt like a ghost this morning. Can't fault the products though, so that's why I go.

Not bad, things are a little scarce though. Not at all happy with the new arrangement of the delicatessen aisle, and the cheeses, it doesn't make sense at all, i couldn't find half of what i wanted. Took ages to locate the butters and spreads. Changing things around is one sure way to loose sales. Using the online vouchers is a nightmare, the WiFi signal was poor. And the system not clear. Please waitrose don't change things lifes confusing enough these days.

Cafe was quiet at midday on a Saturday but the only gluten free option for food was a pre packed flapjack. Picnic tables undercover just outside for eating/drinking.

Waitrose is a very classy supermarket, it sells furniture pieces, electrical goods, food, fresh produce, it also has a cafe and a wine bar 😲 🍷, great choices, my only complaint would be they need a bigger variety of gluten free frozen food

My favourite food shop (for bits and bobs as I can't afford to do my main shop there). They tend to do a better range of continental food than other shops. The only problem is that I always come out with more than I went in for (usually due to their special offers).Have noticed that they tend to be short of stock on some lines, but I think that is down to supply issues (which all shops are experiencing).

Fantastic store that has a large carpark adjacent with free parking for up to 3hrs.This store is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for all your day to day household needs plus treats, it has a cafe, a juice bar, a deli bar, a wine bar where you can also enjoy a nice glass of wine, a Post Office, plus a large Restaurant. You can also buy plants electrical goods, babies clothing plus other bits, even adult underwear, a lovely fresh bakery, I could go on & on as the shop is amazing, lovely friendly & helpful staff too, but be warned as this store does get extremely busy at times with large queues in the daytime to get your free cup of tea of coffee ( if you have a Waitrose card) in both the cafe & the Restaurant.
