Visited early January in the afternoon. Couldn’t find disabled spaces in the main car park, but lucky to have an end space although on a slight slope. Not the best place to visit with someone in a wheelchair. Lots of slopes around the plant area and also in the indoor shopping area. Not particularly easy too push a wheelchair around some of the displays, a bit too narrow. The Lavender Restaurant was pleasant to visit but not a wheelchair friendly pathway for getting there. Also lack of signage. Staff were very nice. Average prices for cakes and drinks. I have visited Whitehall on many occasions but this visit was the first with a wheelchair. Not a good experience. Overall I think Whitehall, is not the place it used to be under the old regime, whether it’s due to Covid-19 and after Christmas effect, I don’t know, maybe a visit later in the year will show signs of improvement

You can tell this place relies on Christmas!!We will come back when you are selling plants and the restaurant is not full of empty boxes. Some of the meat in the fridges looked an odd colour too.Awesome dinosaurs!

Great Christmas displays aa always BUT...... restaurant closed! No ice skating rink! No ice cafe! No reindeer outside! No children's activities! All the things that make a visit here a fantastic fun day out we're missing. Very disappointed, especially as we travelled over an hour to visit!

The greatest place for Christmas decorations and lights and the displays are amazing.

We decided to visit on Christmas Eve, so our 3-year-old could look at the animated Christmas scenes....which she loved....including throwing a coin in the wishing pool. There were lots of differently themed Christmas decoration areas. We bought some items which we would not usually have bought as everything was reduced to half price! A nice way to spend an hour.

This place is magical at Christmas! The selection of baubles and decor is outstanding! Great for adults and children, with lots of beautiful displays as well!

Nice Place To Go With All The Family. Best To Go Early In The Morning To Prevent Long Queues.Nice Christmas Sets and Nice Christmas Decorations at nice prices.

A great autumn day out. This is just a really nice place to wander about for a couple if hours and at the moment, has an outrageous series of Christmas displays to enthrall the kids...a winter wonderland. It feels far more than a 'garden centre' with a pet centre, cafe and local produce shop all in one. The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable.

Such a good variety of Christmas items for sale and best displays I have ever seen well worth the trip as not local to the area.

I've been here many times at Whitehall Garden Centre. I always enjoy my visit. The staff are friendly some of them can be miserable depends on what mood there in but most of the time you can have a laugh with them. Whitehall Garden Centre staff are Autistic friendly as I have Autism. I do get some bargains here especially in the Christmas January sales where they have a lot of stuff that's going cheap. Please note that Whitehall Garden Centre is very expensive which is very overpriced stock that probably doesn't cost them much in the first place. I can't understand why they overpriced things it's pure greediness. Everybody I interviews say the same thing we like Whitehall it's very nice but it's too overpriced. I do like there chicken and mushroom lasagne that is worth the money it's very tasty yummy yummy yummy. I had some of there breakfasts here to in the restaurant and I didn't like it was like chewing rubber so I do not recommend that to anybody. The scenery here is very nice they could do here with some more disabled parking as I am classified as disabled and needs access to disabled parking sometimes they're all taken up and you have to park around the back which is a long way for me to walk. The toilets here are clean and sometimes they do smell but most of the times they are clean. Other than that I really like it here from Ben ✅ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐It is hereby satisfied that the following (Whitehall Garden Centre) is Autistic friendly and has been approved and checked by Ben
