"The Riverside Restaurant, as the name implies, sits quietly beside the River Wyle, one of the five rivers that converge on the city of Salisbury. In Wilton, the ancient capital of Wessex, history abounds. From the wonderful Wilton House to the vibrant city centre, all aspects of excitement and relaxation are possible with a tranquil area alongside. In the restaurant, guests are able to enjoy peace and quiet and indulge in delightful freshly prepared cuisine from our kitchen with a glass of wine or freshly squeezed orange juice."

I like Wilton Garden Centre for a wander round - it has a lovely feel to the place and it is a beautiful spot on a warm day to sit outside with tea & cake. First Class!Unfortunately on a cold day when you need to be inside, the restaurant has a very utilitarian feel to it, more like a basic cafe. It would be good if something could be done to improve the ambiance but on the whole it is perfectly acceptable. The toilets facilities are in a kind of porta cabin and are very poor.I feel that the cafe is a little overpriced for what it delivers but at least it has survived this last two years - I would be very sad if it closed, so all things considered in my opinion it is a place well worth a visit, especially on a lovely day 😊

Nice stop in the Wilton Garden Centre. The food in the restaurant was up to the standards of the other Blue Diamond garden centres I have visited. The restaurant is being redeveloped from the start of March. So expect further improvements.

Lovely food and a good size portion. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Nice place with reasonable priced food. Put off tea for two cMe in a huge teapot which was so refreshing as I usually have to ask for extra hot water when most places give you the tiniest teapot. The brie bacon and cranberry panini was apparently delicious. Recommended for a quick lunch.

Shabby restaurant, needs a refurbishment. No visible leadership, unhappy and poorly trained staff. The offering is well below the expectation of price versus quality. Quite possibly one of the most overpriced and underwhelming experiences I have had.

Love popping in every now and then brought some plants for Christmas displays unfortunatly some if the died off very quickly. Lovely displays of Christmas gifts and decorations and the cafe is lovely

Very overpriced for what we had, £4.95 for a sausage roll is ridiculous, over £15 for myself & 3 Yr old granddaughter to have a snack & drink. Very clean & polite staff though.

This is a reasonably nice cafe with some lunch items, but the choice is a bit limited. However, they offered quiche and salad and were prepared to make me a sandwich instead of the paninis that featured on the menu.Unfortunately the drinks were dispensed right away but the food took about 25 minutes by which time the drinks were either finished or cold. The queue appeared to never diminish, so ordering more drinks would have meant another 15-20 minute wait, having queued initially for 15 minutes, then waited 23 minutes for the food. There were a number of staff and although it was busy, the restaurant was not packed, so it is hard to know why things took so long

Wide variety of plants, to energize & visualize ideas, visited on a very hot Sunday so the shade was particularly welcome, friendly & helpful team distinguishes from other garden centres. Thanks
