Late opening hours always good after a night out

used to be top class now its horrible food is always cold or missing items when delivered or collecting have changed takeaways wont be back here sad to say

It's over 10 years since l last was here. Time has taken its toll.

We had a large order for the office, some of the food was missing which isnt an issue mistakes can happen we rang up to advise we were short 3 chips and a CFB and bottle drink they immediately argued with us suggesting we were lying. Only for 10 minutes later for them to realise, they did infact forget to put items in our bags. The entire order came to £45.00 and honestly the food was horrendous, if you would like i could send you the number for Fry Lite? cause your chips taste like the oil needs changed. Overall cleanliness stinking even the smell of the place when you walk in. The Staff obviously from the phone call ignorant but even when we went to collect the order myself and the girl i went in with had commented on the staffs attitude, they seemed to look like they were going through alot. - LONG STORY SHORT - If you're thinking about going dont.

Ordered for a large group, they had no issues, everything was perfect and they were able to put it together very quickly. Food was lovely.

Two weeks in a row my delivered order has been wrong. Phoned both times they were all apologetic and said they would get it sorted and delivered . Still waiting. One way to make profit - don't give the full order. Be very careful - check your order

Great food, friendly staff. Only one thing wrong, I stood for ages waiting to be asked to order, only to see others walk in and go straight to"ordering point". This needs to be made clear. I now know what to do, but strangers won't. It's important.

Ordered a fish supper, thought it was a brick in batter! So heavy and tasted dreadful! Fish was dried up and you seriously would have left your teeth in it trying to eat it.So sad as this used to be best chip shop in the town, needless to say won’t be back.

Fish used to be fantastic here, but one I got yesterday had really, really thick batter which was fully cooked on the outside but raw, chewy and inedible on the inside. The fish inside was tiny. Not a fluke; my friend got an identical one. The bin got both of the fish which left us with some pretty expensive chips!!Bye bye Cafollas...
