KFC in Armagh

We loved the fresh chicken and the good and friendly service. We could taste the freshness in the bun and the chips was really good. Money well spent. You will see us definitely again we will recommend you to all our family and friends ❤️

Be careful going here late, they don't let you sit in from at least an hour and a half before they close, for some reason... Still great food and quick service, so a solid 4 all-round :)

Cold food, ordered 2 different meals, but recieved 2 identical meals, asked at counter and was told they were correct. Apparently a zinger tower box meal, doesn't come in a box, no side of gravy, no hot wing and no hash brown.

Worthless Zero StarsThis review is a review of the management of this shambles. We went there on a Saturday recently and there was a poor employee behind the till (on their own) who was clearly not trained on how to serve customers. The order took FOREVER to just order with the employee quoting items back at me that I had never mentioned.Finally when the order was finally ordered and paid for, it had to be returned twice due to an incomplete burger, and then a missing item.The supervisor/manager was inept and no apology was offered at any time - it took 25 minutes from entering the place until I saw down with food.At one time, the till server was asked to take on extra duties to deliver food to customers (as well as being being the only one serving), which shows how inept the management of this place was at the time.One star is too much - the place was understaffed and filthy.

Place takes too long to get served , approx 30 to 50 minsIntercoms don't work when ordering,the sight of the Workers looking down spirited and defeated smoking round the side ,greeting you as you make your way to the collection point ,like a scene out of " Apocalypse Now " jungle sceneBack door open to let mice and rats rome about the gaff, the batter on the drumsticks slide of the bone like someone dying of lepersie. But sure what else would you expect in the town that Satan washed his hands off , apart from all that the rest was good.

It is just a KFC... nicer than the Newry one but the staff are just there for the money if you catch my drift.... it was a means to feeding hungry child quickly. The popcorn chicken is still delicious hence the 4 stars!

Served quite quickly but tables were as sticky as Spiderman. Didn’t give me any salt with my chips and toilets were in bad nick. That said food was nice; would probably be back due to speedy service but might just eat in car

I had an amazing trip to kfc Armagh the other week and was served by a good looking chap called Paul who served me with a glowing smile and an attitude that brightened my day. This man honestly made made my week and hope he is given the recognition he deserves!

Ordered for eat in, realize there's missing gravy, sat down again, then realised there's missing garlic mayo but wasn't bothered to go and ask anymore, children went to toilet, no toilet paper in either of toilets, messy tables, noone cleaning after customers, might be too short staffed, as there was only one girl at the front, who I assume hasn't worked for long there. I usually don't complain about things like that, but it does need to improve, otherwise I can see it shutting down

Definitely need more staff. Waiting too long. Had to clean our own table to sit down. Trays on the floor etc. 5 fries in the bag, only a wee tiny bit of lettuce on the burger. I do believe you need to think about a better management and stronger team on a Saturday!
