Alana in Craigavon

Excellent place for coffee, scones, breakfasts and lunches and food good - but today the restaurant was so cold.

Called in to the homeware part of shop mid week, and also had coffee & a bun. Was very nice.

Staff ignore you when you walk in. Could tell they where busy but defiantly should have acknowledged or said I’ll be with you shortly” rather than blanking the customer. All we ordered was toast and granola . After 40 minutes the food still hadn’t arrived. Had to get up and say something. Not very impressed.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. A great wee place for a coffee and a catch-up. Meals served at certain times.

Excellent store staff in ground floor cafe very friendly

Always busy. Food delicious. Best scone in Northern Ireland served here...Rhubarb.

Very nice staff pleasant and helpful.Went for lunch and as a vegan there was nothing for me to eat.Ended up as usual with chips. Great coffee however. ☕ But my friend and I were both cold.

Good food...keen prices and very good service even when they are vert busy..will call again

Love this store a good quality shop and well laid out and their restaurant and cafe are good as well staff are all very friendly

Was there with the in-laws, most of the food was great, the portions were massive and the only gripe food wise was that one of the dishes was too salty, like wayyyy too salty. As for the toilets, although they were clean both toilets were out of toilet paper and when I asked the 1st member of staff she said she'd sort it and then went off and took someone's order, the 2nd member of staff however got it sorted right away. The lift in the store is also a bit small so if your taking up a person in a wheelchair you may need to breathe in.
