Kfc in Craigavon

Staff are very professional as a fast food outlet goes. I visit occasionally the last time the drive-through speaker had been damaged, but the Staff were outstanding especially on such a busy evening and under so much pressure.

Woefull . Order machine not working . Average service . My chicken piece was slimy and only eatable cause I was hungry . My partners chicken burger was claried in sauce and mayo to a degree every time he bite he ended up wearing it.. love KFC normally but todays no... won't be back. Oh and toilets out of order!

This place is an absolute joke. You can tell it is run by kids. Got a order from deliveroo took an hour and half to get here.And when it did half the order was missing!!!! tried to get in contact with them and deliveroo nothing so ended up having to go to the store to be told they can't do anything about it as it was out of the stores hands when we received it! So I have ended up paying £16.50 for 4 bits of chicken and some chips.Will never be near them again!!

sat waiting in the drive through que for 25 mins. gave up and went to mcd's

Very slow service, more interested in getting orders out to delivery guys. Hard to get to the counter due to delivery guys arguing with each other for orders. When we eventually got food it was cold. Wont be back.

The best Kfc in the North bar none as the staff and especially management are very friendly and helpful and welcoming.very clean but only downside a bit of a dodgy drive through don't bring a large vehicle as you will never get it through.

Place was quiet and clean. Can't say much for the staff and food, as when I went to the till to order he said "what can I get you?" I started to say could I get... but she turned away to chat to another staff member and I was like "or not". Finally got ordered. Saw the food being prepared it was sitting all ready on the tray to he given to us but all the staff were women and too much talking going on the food sat on the tray 5 mins before it was given to us.. the food was lovely except the boneless chicken fillets.. the batter was nice but the chicken tasted like it had been cooked in fairy liquid and a washing machine pod... very weird taste, only had a bite couldn't eat anymore. Popcorn chicken, chips and gravy was lovely though... oh and I asked for 7 up and got club orange🤔 so clearly wasn't paying attention when taking my order..

Really disappointed, I asked for a 12 piece boneless bucket thing and water, they refused to give me bottled water, they said it only came with fizz or iced tap water!! Are margins that tight when a person can't get a bottle of water with a meal? Oh and the chicken as tasty, as it is, is really salty, you know what's good for salty food? Water!!

Just spent 25 minutes + in the drive thru queue. Was told they only had boneless chicken left so ordered the 4 piece boneless dip meal. Requested my dip at the first window and was told to ask again at the second window. 9 minutes later when receiving my order i again asked for a dip only for another 3-4 minutes as the girl tried to figure out how to charge me extra for this. Eventually I was given 1 solitary packet of ketchup.I parked up to eat my meal only to discover the drink was room temperature and flat and the meal contained a grand total of 22 chips.25 minutes of a wait for 22 chips, a flat drink and pathetic customer service. I doubt I'll be back in a hurry. My I suggest the franchisee invest in some staff training, effective stock management and improved operating systems.

Absolutely terrible half the food missing of the order the food we recieved was wrong then my 8 year daughter was handed a fork to eat her icecream definitely won't be back there and not sure about going to other KFC Establishments just put us as a family right off
