Nando's in Craigavon

I ordered the grilled chicken pitta with crunchy slaw ( as advertised on the menu). Chicken arrived in pitta and nothing else. Dry and chewy. Pathetic offering not worth the money as hard to swallow. No-one came near our table to see if all was ok and eventually I got up and went to the kitchen area to ask a member of staff why there was only chicken in the pitta bread and no crunchy slaw. They'd run out but said they could add some salad inside it. I said it was dry and hard to swallow as was so, yes, salad would be a nice addition. My plate arrived back 10 mins later and the chips had been thrown back into the fryer and placed back on my plate. Not nice. Won't be back. Overpriced.

Food was served quick and was very tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back

Not overly impressed if I'm honest. First time I'd ever been to a Nandos and don't really want to repeat it. Ordering food was a pain in the butt. I understand Covid restrictions have reduced the interaction with staff to the point you can't order face to face, which I didn't rate at all. The app wound me up, my partner had to reorder the whole meal. Food was good, though if I'm honest the crispy skin chicken wasn't crispy at all. No ice in the ice machine. But drinks were ice cold.

Food is tasty but it’s a bit overpriced. Service was good in Rushmore.

Feed for 3 costed £40. Pretty tasty food and friendly staff. First restaurant that I’ve been to that u can refill your drink which is very good. Overall pretty good, I’ll definitely be back :)

So we're to start! On Friday my husband and I were out shopping at Rushmere and decided to try the Nando's. It was 3.05pm when we went in there was only 5 tables that were occupied (not run off there feet, thought this was a good thing) stood to be seat for 5mins! With workers walking past! I went and asked do we just take a seat! To be met with ill seat you in a minute! Eventually got seated and before they even gave us a menu we were asked how we wish to pay! My husband said via card please, to be told order via the QR Code then and someone will bring you it your drinks and sauces are on that wall over there! We ordered the butterflied chicken with two sides each, will a KFC mini fillet butterflied would have been bigger! The chicken was so dry I ended up with 3 refills of water and no ice in it! (Not and ice person to be honest) the chips were tasteless even though we both ordered pei per chips, the coleslaw was tasteless and the garlic bread lwas as hard as the road, I left still hungry and with a sore tooth. Definitely got to Mcdonalds if your hungry £32 later and still hungry is not good with people have to decide to either feed there kids or heat there home.And the one star is simply because I can't give no stars.

This place has gone so far down hill. Regular customer but won’t be anymore! Every-time me and my family visit there seems to be new staff members. One staff member when I asked a simple question about the menu said “sorry I’m only here a few weeks I’ll get someone else” she never came back, to be fair she seemed to be the only Person working. So I asked again and she apologised and said there has been a management change and loads of staff leave the past while, clearly the new management haven’t a clue! Food hasn’t been of the same standard, the restaurant looks grubby and the staff clearly aren’t getting sufficient training!

We went tonight and was told there would be a table free in approximately 20 minutes they took our contact details. After an hour we contacted the restaurant only to find out that the waitress never put our booking onto the system. The management got us a table and we ordered our food, and we waited for what seemed like ages for our starter only to discover they had forgotten about it and it came out with our mains! We had to send one back as it was cold due to food being left under the heater and forgotten about. There's a very good chance we won't be back

Was so impressed with customer service in this restaurant. They gave us starters on the house because our food was going to be a 15 minute delay. Staff were all so lovely and I will definitely be back.

Fab to be back at the outdoor tables at Nando's Rushmere. Love the virtual queue, great service with a smile and of course the best chicken. Try the new visa xx hot sauce.
