Costa Coffee in Newry and Mourne

Asked for 2 teabags in large tea and was told I would have to purchase the second teabag at full price. As the cost was £2.20 it would make the total £4.40. Won't be in another Costa again.

Flys circling and landing on buns. I am mindful they sneak in everywhere and cant be helped. However I informed a member of staff but noone did anything and they kept on serving them to customers. I will never buy a bun again. Safer sticking to coffee. Public health need to be informed.

Amazing place so welcoming. Crack well worth a visit.

So in Newry got me a coffee well when I say coffee more like a mess, I ordered Carmel latte no Carmel I also ordered a mocha looked like chocolate pudding, the male working has no care seems like he running around doing all the work ( trying to impress him self and show he doesn't need staff)one sec at till other making coffee and shakes, stop being a jerk and let other staff help if he did these mistakes wouldn't happen one Star was lucky

Friendly, efficient staff but the place needs an upgrade. The tables always feel sticky and in need of a good clean.

Of anywhere I’ve visited, this particular branch of Costa has consistently been the best at Covid measures out of any take-away place I’ve found, going above and beyond what I’ve seen anywhere else to minimise risk and make sure rules are kept to.I’ve found myself visiting here more often than elsewhere for coffee given that it feels as low-risk as you can get.

Popped into Costa for a coffee and a quick bite and it wasn't busy so very quick friendly service with a smile.Cheese and ham toastie was surprisingly good, coffee was hot and fresh.Table and seating all spotlessly clean so will definitely call in again.

This is a great coffee shop! Some of the big franchise coffee houses can sometimes lack a personal touch but the staff here are fantastic. I live 20 mins drive away but I'd pass 2 or 3 other Costas to visit this one. Lovely staff and coffee.
