Dantes Mill Pizzeria in Newry and Mourne

I would give minus stars if possible. Ordered through just eat the order was left at a random house in my large housing estate. The driver never rang to see it was our house or if we received the order. After ringing to get a refund as we never received our order after waiting 90 minutes I was told the food was delivered to someone's house so I wasn't getting a refund. Absoluty No customers service and a disgraceful management of the situation. Would recommend NO ONE to order from here.

Minutes waiting for food: 30-40 minutesFIRST IMPRESSIONS (Food hasnt been tasted yet)Dantes Mill looks quite nice from the outside, however, stepping inside the premises I can see that the floor hasnt been cleaned, there is a mess of paperwork, pens and other items strewn across tables. For some unknown reason you must order at the counter, god forbid having someone come down to ask you what you wished to eat.The general atmosphere simply feels untidy and almost clostraphobic.Currently, there is a TV playing what seems to be some YouTube video, several clips containing swearing. Staff members seemingly more focused on TV than food.This is a takeaway as well, some customers taking out have been waiting almost 25 minutes and it's not exactly busy as there are only 3 people here.UPDATE:Thank God this place isnt busy. Over priced items, 3 out of 5 members of our party (Me included) has been served. Now after a long wait the two pizza orders have been cancelled due to a fault with the Pizza Oven.The food here is absaloutley horrid, the "Garbage" items on their menu are exactly that, garbage. When a member of staff asks you a question, they don't come to the table, they shout across the counter. There is no bathroom facilities available in Dantes Mill, now we've packed up and are on the road to Frair Tucks, somewhere we will definately get tastier, quick food.First and last time eating here and I would recommend you would avoid here like the plague, the good reviews that are seen is when the Mill was under different ownership.

Ordered a pizza tonight an was absolutely freezen the peppers were like straight out of a freezer bag and throwing on to the pizza the chicken was dry .I can say I wont be ordering from. There again .

Garbage fries are amazing. But miss they’re bee sting pizza, & despite it clearly says open until 11 Thursday night i rang for delivery just after 10 to be told they close early on Thursday and wouldn’t take an order at all & wouldn’t do delivery as drivers had left!. Great food just very poorly organised, constantly changing the few hours they open every day, no toilet for the public are just a few cons that could be sorted easily but food is nice.

Had to wait about 25mins for garbage fries on thu afternoon.chips fine, but sauces very average, chicken very chewy, peperoni very salty and the worst thing these Bacon pieces everywhere. Only two stars for food and 4 for service, so 3 all together.

I heard about this place through a friend. I was told that they’re able to do pizzas with no cheese. I called on Friday at 8pm and ordered two pizzas, both with no cheese. I was told that was fine and it would be delivered within 20-40mins. At 8:30pm I get a call to confirm that the pizzas are both with no cheese. We keep waiting patiently until 9:10pm and they still have not arrived. I try to call but nobody is answering. The delivery man arrives at 9:20pm and delivers the pizzas. And one of the pizzas has cheese on it. I’m told that you are now closed and I won’t be able to get a replacement pizza. The delivery driver apologised and refunded £7.50 to me. I tried calling again but still no answer. I definitely won’t be ordering from here ever again. I waited 1hr and 20mins and got the wrong order even though I got a follow up call after 30mins since placing my original order to confirm it. And they still managed to mess it up?

Had my first take away last week, food was piping hot and gorgeous! Will definitely be back- nicer than Dominos
