I’m over often from Sheffield, visiting Down haunts. Chose the ‘point this time prior to visit to the Big Stone. Breakfast always a must. Maybe here the best. Charming welcome & service. The fry was delightful, lovely touch to get toast ‘while you’re waiting’ . I don’t always like coffee (decaf option) too early, but you get a pot that’s hard to exhaust. I nearly left some (still hot) until I was presented with complimentary sponge cake ‘to finish your coffee’ . Smiling

You never ever get a bad meal or poor service in Diamonds. It's always the place to go for good honest food. Staff are amazing and friendly and so is Hugh the proprietor.

Amazing food for a very reasonable price. Wheaten bread on arrival and juice is a thoughtful gesture. Pictured below, oriental stir fry and a KIDS meal of sausage, chips and beans. Very decent portions! Hadn't been in ages, well worth a visit!

Had breakfast there this morning, we're 5 hardy bikers who appreciated good cuisine. It was first class as was the service. Couldn't have been more welcoming. Another venue on our favourites list.

A really good place to eat, food is always excellent they always try to accommodate everyone, even picky eaters big and small. Staff is really pleasant and helpful.

Called in Sat evening. Quick seating and service as usual. Food (always excellent) served in good time and with friendly and helpful waitresses. Great menu choice and your servers will always be happy to add or take things away to make your meal choice just right. Always been happy with Diamonds.
