Eddie Rockets in Newry and Mourne

Haven't been for long time but food was fantastic as usual. Slight wait for food but worth it when it arrives. Staff were very friendly and premises was clean.

My partner just ordered of Uber eats and this has to be hands down the WORST food we have received off a delivery. Where do I start, the food didn’t come with any of the toppings, there were no drinks, the delivery driver got lost and we waited over an hour to be delivered. But the main issues with this food was that the hotdogs where RAW and the food was FREEZING. Absolute vile food and the service was a joke, stay away from this place, over price garbage.

Great place. Great food. Only downside is the music was too loud for me and one song was on repeat. Will be back though and recommend

My 15 yr old & 3 friends ate in Eddie Rockets today, 3 burgers none of which came with garnish of salad or fries & 1 cheesy chip plus 4 drinks £42!!! 15 minute wait too, it’s not a place I’ve eaten in and never will.. Cheaper going to the Canal Court ! Total Rip off for a glorified McDonald’s in my opinion.

My chips were green and there was a hair in my garlic mayo. I also waited for over 20 minutes to be asked my order on a non-busy day and when it came it was cold. It is usually nice though

We waited for almost an hour and when the food arrived, it was freezing cold. Staff completely disorganised and running around like headless chickens. Chefs and waiting staff bickering with each other. We spoke to the manager who offered us the food for free, which we politely declined and left. Would give it a zero, if I could!

Service was excellent and food good but there was a large notice which said 'sorry no toilets' - i thought it was a fundamental right for customers to have access to toilet facilities in a restaurant - i have never encountered that before - i watched several people approach staff but they were told no - think the management should address this

Worst service experience I have ever encountered in my life so far. Daphne or Stephanie, unsure if I heard it correctly as she refuse to give her name. We waited for like an hour for our food, had to ff up the order twice. Food that was served to my husband was not the one he originally ordered, the guy who took the order just decided to changed it without informing us. We were kept hungry and disappointed. Had spoken to the Manager about it so as to avoid recurring in the future, but Instead of apologising, the Manager argue / blamed us of their mistake. I was appalled by her attitude and put me in complete disbelief. She even insisted that they only took15 minutes and not an hour for our order. Your common sense will tell you why on earth your staff would offer me a 25 percent off the bill if I was lying? The guy who took our order, was the same person who offered us a discount did not even get the trouble to explain the situation to the Manager. Just pitiful, since you guys charge a whole lot of money for your things customers deserve a quality of service in general.

Arrived when it was quiet table of 2. Took 15mins before our order was taken. Ordered 2starters 2sides a burger and 2drinks. 40mins later after a table that arrived a while after us got their food i asked how long our food or drinks would be. A short while later was asked who took our order. The guy that took the order shook his head to say it wasn't him. Not even an apology. We promptly left very hungry. Will not be back.

Got a delivery from this place today. Order was wrong. And they sent chips instead of missing items. The 2 burgers and chicken strippers that did come were disgusting. Chicken was rock hard, burgers soggy messy and tasted of cooking oil. So £40 or rubbish for the brown bin. If your in newry go to Friar Tucks..
