Friar Tuck's in Newry and Mourne

Place was clean and staff were nice and good was dead on, can't complain. Good portions and great selection.

Lovely food but order taken wrong after I specifically asked the girl to note down my request. It was an amazing meal but not what I asked for. Rest of table were finished by the time my food waz ready. Therefore I would not return

Great food !we had a takeaway and to be honest it was really busy !!! A huge queue to get food but the staff were really efficient and really got through the queue quickly ! Food was hot and tasty ! Would recommend !

You can't go to Newry and not go to Friar Tucks it is a BIG MUST DO ! My favourite is a chicken burger meal, I always ask for PLENTY on the Chicken burger which means loads of Friar Tucks famous coleslaw you won't regret it. The Monaghan Street branch has a large seating area where you can enjoy your meal but I've had many a chicken burger take away sitting in the car. I'm sure the other choices on the menu are good but I've been stuck on the Number 1 with plenty from when Friar Tucks opened in Sugar Island in the 1980's !

Love Friar Tucks... Always a place to visit on a trip to Newry. Super Ft meal, fillet chicken burger, coleslaw and chicken gravy chips

Chicken gravy over chips with ice cold coslaw and 3 piece chicken on the bone with a nice cold coke 0. Delish the chicken gravy alone yum.

Such a transformation !!! This must be the best Friar Tucks in the countryThe staff were very pleasant . And food was delivered to the table on a good hot plate with a garnishDefinitely be back and no problems recommending folk to give it a try
