Not too bad. Slightly more training on customer service at last window of drive through pls.

Any time I go to it have to sit an weight in car park 20 minutes an still coming out with wrong food

The place was organised, food was warm and nice even though we had to wait for too long to be served and when we got in the table we sat on wasn't cleaned so we had to clean it ourselves but staff were working as fast as they could so I feel that the overall review was ok..

Food was cold. Chips weren't cooked properly so they were horrible. Most went in the bin. Only live 5 minutes from Mc Donald's so the food should have been still hot. Extremely busy but no excuse.

Food is acceptable not really a huge mcds eater. Main issue with this place is the location and huge cues at the weekend bringing the whole retail park to a complete stand still at times.

Ordered five sandwiches, got four instead, and one large fries was served upside down. The product service was a disgrace, but received a full refund for the purchase, and enjoyed a free meal, that's why not 1* but 2.

Joke of a place. Yesterday I went for breakfast, app didn't work, was told to go to a "crew member with my order number", I was ignored by all staff for 5-10 mins, then got my order in, was waiting best part of half an hour for my order, got my order wrong. Went back in to get what I ordered, ignored by the staff for 5-10 mins, I got my order and half way through that, bit into a load of egg shell.Next day went in again thinking that was only one bad experience, but once again app wasn't working, couldn't take order at counter (till wasn't working), had to order at the screen, long wait for food again, wrong order again, went to the counter to get the right order, ignored by staff again 5-10 mins, decided that all my other food was cold now, went and got all of the food that was given to me so I could get a refund, ignored for 5-10 mins by staff, got my refund, realised that I was short-changed, went back to the counter to be ignored again for 5-10 mins, was given more than I was owed, took what I was owed and put it in my pocket, put the excess in the charity box then left annoyed and hungry. Wasted approx 45 mins of my morning (and another 5 mins writing this!)

Apple pie had no filling

Had a bad experience with two members staff recently who laughed in my face when my child fell in the soaking wet toilet floor. Used disabled toilets and was told I shouldn't have used them even tho they don't know if I was disabled or not. Not all disabilities are visual. Won't be back. So rude and need customer service skills and bit of manners!!!!!

I came there for a meal with the family, ended up waiting outside for over 25 minutes without getting even to make an order. The place has a capacity of 55 people there was plenty of room inside all of the ordering machines were empty. People kept coming out and no-one was allowed in for no reason at all. Complete nonsense definitely won't return.
