Just home from The Bank and had a beautiful meal. The steak sandwich was delicious and perfectly cooked. I would highly recommend their menu everything was so tasty. Staff very pleasant and added to the experience.

Not very good. Ordered a sizzling prawn dish which wasnt sizzling to begin with but it was so sweet I cud'nt eat it. No word of honey or how sweet it was on the menu. I accept that I ordered it and I paid for it btw but I honestly think the Bank should have insisted I did'nt pay for a meal that was'nt eaten. You need to make customers aware that a dish contains so much sugar. Would'nt have ordered it if I'd known.

Really nice setting. Our group was in earlier for food, I had the chicken chorizo pasta, it was really greasy, the pasta was over cooked so much that it was sloppy. The rest of the group were pleased with their choices. Finally, the service was poor, I know its a Sunday but you could smile and look like you want to be there.

The ambience and the food was fabulous, we had the Hereford bank burger with sides and couldn't fault it. What mared the situation was the front of house staff, the girl at reception was some what sour and should practice smiling, a smile goes a long way. The first waiter we asked about the WiFi password, said yes we have WiFi but we don't know the password, a little strange to say the least. We asked for a bottle of house red, when it arrived it was white, second time the red was was just out of the cellar and freezing cold. Eventually they warmed it under warm water to bring it to room temperature. Little things mean a lot, in spite of this, the food made the whole experience worthwhile and would certainly return, the management would maybe need to train staff a little more

Really nice food and staff were very friendly. Stopped off after a day shopping without a booking. We got squeezed in and ended up having a really lovely time.

Beautiful interior and ambience.Food outstanding - had vegetable soup to start and and wasn't expecting it to be so delicious and full of flavour - friend had seafood chowder and really enjoyed it too - was a meal in itself. I had the seafood tagliatelle and it was amazing - full of really tastefull fish - in some places the fish all tastes the same - but each fish piece tasted as it should.Staff really friendly and attentive.Really impressed and look forward to going back soon.

My husband and i took two friends for a meal on Saturday night. From we arrived staff were very helpful throughout out night in every way. As usual food second to none. Well done to the chefs. We didn't catch names of staff one of the staff went to get me a chair to suit me . Once again credit to the bank for their staff.

Absolutely superb food worth every penny. The place is beautiful and the staff were top notch. Couldn't do enough to help you and very friendly. Especially our server (a very young guy unfortunately didn't catch his name) he was super nice, chatty and went above and beyond. Cannot recommend this place highly enough
