All Bar One - Birmingham Airport Landside in Birmingham

Hi, we got breakfast here on Saturday 11 January 2020.We arrived at just after 7.30am. Very slow service, it took over 20 minutes before a waiter arrived. We ordered our food at 7.55am. We ordered the Full breakfast but the food took 45 minutes to arrive which is very poor service for a simple meal. When the food arrived it was not as described and was very cold.We also didn't get cutlery for over 5 minutes after the food arrived.What made this even more disappointing was that the restaurant wasn't even busy.I've eaten here before and had a good experience but today was shocking.

This is a first time that I have posted a review on anything.or anywhere but felt strongly enough to do so on this occasion. Having eaten many times at airports either travelling or as on this occasion picking family up on there arrival. As arriving very early we decided to have breakfast,which we have done many times at the airport this was a first at bar one we ordered the full breakfast which advertised sounded perfect. Streaky bacon ,sausage,eggs ,tomato,mushrooms, backed beans,sourdough toast....what we received was two sausages (hence I gave the review one star)..two under cooked poached eggs ,half a flat mushroom, two ends off two slices of bacon..note not two slices and a teaspoon of baked beans . I can assure you I am not exaggerating when I say a teaspoon plus sourdough toast which was not toasted..all four adults who were eating said it was dreadful ..As I said I have eaten Birmingham airport on numerous occasions at a cost of £10.95 each person, which is average at the airport on this occasion was definitely the most disappointing meal ever.

My visit to All Bar One Landside was a very pleasant one, a waitress greeted me with a smile look very happy. She seated me at a table, took my order brought it over to me asked if there anything else I wanted. She took the time out to ask if my meal was ok, it was delicious, then when I was finished I ask for the bill, she brought it over to me, overall perfect service I would visit there again.

The staff are surely unhelpfut and lacking in basic knowledge!!! They need lessons on how to make a Frappe. A Frappe is an iced coffee drink which can have flavoured syrups added to enhance the flavour. It is NOT a glass of cold milk with a dash of flavouring .. It was the WORST Frappe I have ever tasted, it was absolutely awful. Bar One please get your act together

Shame the staff want to sit in the office and not serve you, as the place looked great. I decided to go through security to Wetherspoons instead. This was around 6pm on Wed 9th October. I waited at an empty bar for 3 or 4 mins while the staff member talked in the office with her back to the bar

In for a quick meal before flight, had to ask for service then about seasonal veg .I got rocket finished meal got the the bill paid for it ,had to ask for my change which was nearly a tenner .when it arrived it was still 1 .50 short that's when I left

Had breakfast today. Very helpfull lady served me. Breakfast was amazing and place nice for chill. I'll come back again next time to see her beautifull smile

Usually great service, food and beer. Today I order a pint at a place on the bar and the server pipes up the price and makes me walk to her to get my beer and pay. I managed a bar for 9 years and my servers served the public, we went to them we would never expect them to come to us. Very poor in service today.

What a fantastic start to the holiday.. Honestly the best customersetvice ever Ryan is an absolute credit to the company went above and beyond to create me a good vegan breakfast . An extra slice of toast and some mushrooms to go with the avacado and beetroot houmous the food itself was lovely. But it was Ryan's service that made it special

Drinks like warm. Food like warm apart from beans which were clap cold, the first time I have eaten out and not left a tip, got a sarcastic remark from a staff member for not leaving the £2 change from £30. Hence to say I will definitely not eat there again
