Arco Lounge in Birmingham

Went for birthday celebration I had the tapas board great value and delicious as always. Had 2 cocktails and churrosto finish. Staff friendly and welcolming as always.

We came here for brunch. I loved the interior. seems like alot of people know this place. So we entered.I ordered Ultimate Burger which is very tasty and the flavors are very satisfying. I so loved the Affogato Coffee. Katie, the barista made it very well, its so luscious and quite interesting because it has good vanilla ice cream All staff were amazing,kind and approachable, that's when we needed when we are hungry. we wanna be satisfied. They do care if you eat vegan or u have allergies..so thanks peeps for giving me a good shot.

Really nice atmosphere. Excellent separation between the tables for covid. Really nice and helpful staff. Well cooked food breakfasts for 4 if us. Well presented food just sadly cold by the time we got it.

Normally my mom and I come to this lounge often, I work for the company loungers itself, at a cosy club. But today I was absolutely appalled by the treatment by the staff, specifically Louise, when me and my mother first entered she questioned us, and didn’t seem to question any other guest in this way? She had said, ‘Are you okay?’ At least 3 times, and we both felt immediately unwelcome, and were wondering if it was because of our race?Then when my mother had asked about her drink not being sweet, because it was watery and just tasted like tonic, it was remade and looked different with more pigment and this time was sweet. Louise herself slammed it down onto the table with no apologises, or words, and the waitress who was working beside her was a young girl, who was also very blunt and slammed our plates down. The food was also horrible, broccoli was over cooked, avocado was in a state, and my chicken wasn’t cooked properly either. Not happy, won’t be going again.

I went here twice and both times were enjoyable. There's great variety of food for vegetarians albeit I wish the selection was a tad more unique. The staff were lovely.The atmosphere was brilliant: yellow glow thought the restaurant, eccentric interior and vibrant music.I actually liked the lack of a reservation booking system as it meant you weren't limited to when you can come in. Lovely place on harborne high street and great for family/friend meet ups.

This is an amazing place to eat if you are vegan. I could not fault anything we had to eat and from ordering to receiving the food was so quick.

Absolutely delicious. I've decided to be abit more health conscious which usually means a lack of meals out and losing out on flavour but the Mexican superbowl salad is absolutely scrumptious if you are minding what you eat but want to eat and socialise in a pleasant atmosphere with top knotch food, drinks and service come here! Was my first visit but I'll be back! Yum!

First time I've been since lockdown. Socially distanced, you order via QR code now. Very easy to do. Had a virgin cocktail which was great but also a carrot cake that was too dense and I wouldn't have again- left half. Nice place to chill overall, will go back
