Atlantis Fish Bar in Birmingham

ordered here absolutely vile the sausage was advertised as a 12 inch but was 7 inch the battered burger was horrific the batter looked hours old the spring roll was also cold and soggy not impressed at all

Was thinking of ordering from here until I read the just eat reviews. Regardless of if the food is good or not this place should be shut down for the way they treat their customers. The attitude is "We are the best and we cannot possibly make a mistake" and this somehow gives them the right to insult anyone who has any kind of issue with the food. They call everyone a tramp, nothing is ever their fault, they charge to correct mistakes that they have made. Absolutely unprofessional ridiculous behaviour. Also considering this is a fish and chip shop how is £20 minimum order and £4 minimum delivery fee with no option for collection even close to reasonable? £24 MINIMUM For fish and chips is absolutely crazy. And from what I hear the food is trash anyway 🤣

The manager needs to learn some manners his comments to peoples reviews on just eat are disgusting surly this shouldn't be aloud be more professional and you might get more custom, fake Atlantis fish bar! Everyone go to the Hurst lane Atlantis fish bar b34 the real one 😆

Only ordered a chicken wrap for takeaway, but it took about 10/15 mins till I got it and left. The guy behind the counter was friendly enough though

The worst chip shop I've ever been in,chips were overcooked and inedible.I went back to let them know and they were not interested,will never step back in there again

If I could give a - star rating I would. I am very disappointed and disgusted with the way in which this establishment works. After waiting for around 1 hours for my order I was told that it was going to be 50 minutes late and wasn’t even with the delivery driver. I had a message to say that it was on its way and after waiting 2 hours my order was cancelled. We tried to contact the establishment and they failed to pick up the phone. We had a call from the delivery driver imposing that we had cancelled the order ourself when this was not the case. I will not be ordering from this establishment again and I encourage others to be disappointed as your order may be cancelled after waiting for such significant amount of time. I will be contacting just eat to take this matter further as I am not happy with the way in which we have been treated.

Absolutely disgusted with this place ordered and then an hour of waiting they cancelled my order because I gave them a bad review from last time because they where 2 and a half hours late . They can’t take criticism. I was giving them a second chance and the guy I spoke to on the phone was so rude and arrogant I was so angry . He kept saying u shouldn’t eat from here if you gave us a bad review . I will never go there again . Don’t waste ur time and money .

I have been here a few times and quality of fish and chips was generally good, however today they got my order wrong. No apology from staff. We had to pay extra to get the correct order (fish) When we got home and opened our extra large chips which we did not order the chips were burnt and brown. I would not go there again.

Asked for a steak pie but was going to microwave it so just had small portion of chip and potato wedge.Chips were mixed with old one and tasted vile and potato wedge had a horrible weird taste would not use againCan't understand how they have any good reviews

Awful food, chips old and greasy, pie was dry and old, worst chip shop meal ever had in brum. Don't no how they still in business on this meal. Never again.
