Well i couldn't believe it, I'm a lorry driver and have made many of orders to many takeaways to deliver my dinner never had a problem....... Went to order from these nearly 15£ worth...... Got turned down (over the phone) and I quote the place is hard to find 🤔🤔🤔 Well if your driver can't find the biggest fuel station in the area, would say you'd need a new driver and I a car it's even easier...... 🚗💨💨

I have ordered from Balti King before and its has been okay but this time I ordered a curry when it came i thought it tasted sower but I thought it was because they had probably put too much tomatoes in it .1 hour later I had really bad stomach pains I thought iwas going to have to call the ambulance. Thank God I survived the night. The very next day i called and spoke to the manager who would not take any responsibility really bad customer service skills and then had the nerve to offer me a free curry when I order next Well I value my life so there will not be a next time if the manager had dealt with this situation better I really would not have left a review but he just took the Micheal

The food was amazing at it was freshly cooked! So that's not a bad thing. Customer service was great and even my girlfriend who doesn't really like Indian food enjoyed it and said she would go back. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again!
