1st time I ordered food from them. Food was amazing and exactly on time with lots of extras.

Never order from here if you actually want your food to turn up!!!!Food took 2 hours to arrive!Called resturant multiple times amd no-one answers.Just never order from here

This place is ridiculous! It is 01:30 and my food still hasn’t arrived, there is no communication from the restaurant, they don’t answer the phone, and when they do they are rude and dismissive. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT

Ordered at 6pm now 8.30 no food and not answering the phone second time this has happened never again. Terrible service

This place is great. Value for money, perfectly hot meals and amazing flavours. Can't recommend this place more.

I am in Birmingham since a month, for the first time I had such a delicious food in a while. Last week I ordered “Raj Naga Special” & collected by myself. It was such a wonderful experience. The chef was Awesome! Staff was so friendly. I would like to have such food daily. Soo Yummmy!!!

Waste of my money and time. After two hours I got my order, with the impression that they would be quick a delivering with their quote “deliver within ten minutes.” I know that is unrealistic. But they shouldn’t have their customers under false advertisement. Had to call them seven times to see where my order was after saying it was delivered. Not only that I had to wait half an hour before it got delivered to my doorstep. I am fuming. Lack of quality in the curry, half cooked naan bread and to top that off, I am missing items. They had two hours to get that right. Not only does this “restaurant” lack communication skills, they are also run by a group of amateurs. The only thing that I actually enjoyed was the drink that I ordered (I had some of my drinks missing) and the popadoms. Disappointed and angry.

The balti was all hard and chewy. It didnt taste like chicken breast was more of the thigh which was undercooked and chewy, which had to be disposed off. Im pregnant and will most likely end up with diarrhoea. It really wasnt worth the money and the time waiting for it. The staff can barely talk english so was really hard to understand what they was saying. I understand they have to run a buisness but just be honest with customers instead trying to brush them off. Delivery driver wasnt even apologetic when arrived despite being late! Very disappointed. I wouldnt be ordering from this place again and i will let everyone else not to order also.

Have used this place twice for a delivery. 1st time I ordered I was sent a tikka masala instead of vindaloo. Gave them a 2nd chance but 2nd order I received no rice which was ordered no tikka and next morning I found a piece of paper with my address and phone number on the doorstep. Shoddy customer service pathetic delivery and truly abysmal correct orders I certainly will NOT be using again and I strongly advise others to think twice before pressing call

First order tonight won't use again awful. Chicken was odd texture & chewy in mine which I left could eat it.husband chicken balti for some reason had 3 meats in it.onions for poppodoms were large dry chunks with hardly and sauce.
