Beefeater Longbridge in Birmingham

We stayed at Longbridge Premier Inn. Ideal for Central Birmingham (New Street) as it is only 30 minutes away by train and the station is a 5 min walk. Also, not being in the centre of Birmingham meant it was cheaper, £74 for a double room. £6 to park overnight. Had a lovely breakfast at the Beefeater where they do Continental or full English.

Went there as it was my nephews birthday the food was good and the girl on bar was very nice and pleasant took the time to chat with us as we were getting drinks overall a good experience and will go back

Despite it not being busy it did take long time to get service then for food to arrive. Waitresses lovely but needed more on to deal with tables. Food was average am afraid for price so not sure if will be back sadly.

Gone into the place, took about 10 minutes for someone to take our order. 3 order was placed, from that 3 order only 1 was taken successfully, the 2 other had mistakes in them. One of the 2 orders included a full rack of ribs (that included a full rack of ribs, with onion rings, chips and salad) I ordered some cheesy chips and mushrooms next to it, well I didn't receive the chips that was supposed to come with the full rack of ribs. This wasn't that big of a problem but the other order was.We ordered a rack of ribs combo with a full rack of ribs. Well after waiting for around 20 minutes we got 2 rack of ribs, but no rack of ribs combo, so they took one of them back. Then after another 10 minutes we got the combo but with only half of the rib and not with the full. We asked to see the notes that they wrote down and it wasn't the same as we ordered.

It seems to be okay to serve burnt food. I asked the server if they would be happy to eat the food that arrived. The answer was "no" so I asked for a replacement. The replacement was then only slightly less burnt than before. Service was very slow, even though the restaurant was quiet. I won't be going back.

Really good food on a whole. Ate here as part of the Premier Inn meal deal package and think it's brilliant value for money. Staff very attentive, great layout & space, very comfortable and tasty food. Well done.

Excellent service. Was told there was a bit of a wait but food was fast and excellent quality. The staff were well presented and polite. Will go there again

Although the place was very quiet it took 20 min forever for our order to be taken. The food wasn't really worth the place. Medium stake was cooked rare, chips still undone in the middle. Maybe its okay for a quick sandwich or burger but avoid the grills options.

The food and service was amazing. The new menu has good options it would be nice if there was an option for a steak upgrade .

Not a good experience at lunchtime today...Drinks order taken before we sat down and found what was missing from menu.No burgers. No kids pizza - what pretended to be one didn't count. No carrots in kids starter. Peas missed from steak plate asked for and sat on kitchen counter until last bite. No brownies. No chocolate sauce for ice-cream. Took 2.5 hours for 3 course meal so had to pay for parking also.Would have eaten elsewhere had we known.
