Beggars Bush in Birmingham

Just came for a drink here at 16.20 poor black bar attender on his own no help at all until someone helped him at 16.50.. Where was the manager. Thr rugby was on so it was busy. Support ypur staff when its busy he did so well on his own but with customers constantly coming to the bar its unacceptable to . I nearly walked out. Im not a regular at this pub which makes me feel i won't be visiting here again. I know pubs can be busy so why leave one staff member on his own. Alot of pubs are closing so lets keep pubs open and friendly

I was sceptical about trying this pub again after a bad experience before however I can honestly say I will be making it a new regular thing ! I heard there was a new manager so decided to try It out again I wasnt disappointed food was fantastic and the atmosphere and service were even better ! Welcoming warming and friendly what more could you want from a local some of the up coming events look amazing so will be attending these well done to all those involved in turning around this great little place

Came in this afternoon, was served by a young man and lade, wow how this pub has changed is unbelieve its so warming when you walk in. Great food too Something really has changed here. Everyone needs to give this another chance.

Usually a good place to watch multiple matches of football, I asked for the PSG game but the staff seem confused or unbothered, even had a local day it’s possible. But no action. Can’t be arsed tonight to put on the best game and just showing the Man City game no one wants and documentary of some sort no one can hear. Shame. Gone down hill.

Great food, I came here knowing there was a new manager as wanted to see if the staff had now been trained to speak to customers correctly and see if the food has improved. I can finally say this pub has a manager that now cares, What a lovely guy to talk to. We will now be revisting for more night out for meals and events as there looks to be some great events coming up.

No one can fault this new manager , He has stepped up and brought this pub back!! What a amazing weekend it’s been. Don’t let anyone bring you down young man. So far you have proved everyone wrong. Let’s get the pub to how it use to be 👍

10 of us came in today for my friends birthday. We all had a lovely day the two girls who worked today was more then happy to help us. And so patient with us as we couldn’t decide what to choose , we was all happy with the food the cod is delicious would recommend

We were introduced to the beggars Bush pub and since we have been regularly using the pub because the food is lovely and at a reasonable price. A warm and friendly atmosphere. And the staff are very friendly going the extra mile to please the customers. I will. and do recommend 👍 it to everyone. like most pub's things go wrong. But the staff rally round and turn a adversary into a bonus

The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly but I think improvements are needed in the kitchen. The food doesn't taste bad but the presentation leaves a bit to be desired. They had a lack of basic condiments too, I understand that supply may be limited at the moment but I don't understand how a pub can have no ketchup or vinegar when there's 3 supermarkets within a minutes walk.
