Chips great, fish didn't taste like cod, little disappointing.

Very popular place, service was slow though as the staff where too busy serving online orders instead of the people queuing out the door

First time ordering from ideal fish bar online using uber eats. I ordered to my hotel address with no problem at all. Delivery was very prompt. Great portion size and delicious food. Would highly reccomend and will use again when next in Birmingham. Thanks so much :)

Best chippy in the local area hands down... Food is fresh everytime, even if close to closing time.. Staff are great, never had a bad order from Ideal... Our go to chippy when at home.... Delivery is always quick through uber aswell.

After a mistake made by uber driver, I received a soggy order. A quick call to the chippy, manager happily sent me the same order, and he covered the uber charge too.Needless to say the food was DELICIOUS as always. And I will definitely order from them again!!! Ordered for the first time and I have to say the best chippy I've eaten from in a good few years!! Fish was amazing just enough batter.Came piping hot and melt in the mouth!Well done, hard to find a brilliant chippy where they actually cares about the food they serve.Youll definitely be 1st on my take away list!
