Big John's Acocks Green in Birmingham

Ordered 16 inch pizza for 16.99£ and they even did not delivered Mayonnaise No ketchup. .. taste was not good too.

Great store, clean and tidy. Food is great. Parking is available outside the store and side roads

Ordered 2 portions of fish and chips,the one portion was perfectly acceptable,but the second was appalling. The batter on the fish was hollow in most parts..very disappointed and won't be ordering from big John's again .☹

Charging 50p to put a sauce on your food and a £1 extra if you order online and collect! Sort it out, it’s disgraceful customer service.

Absolutely disgusted with how the quality has fallen here. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon and we live 5 mins away, not sure why delivery would take nearly an hour for the quickest food to assemble on the planet.The most appealing thing was the portion size with adult prices. Apparently a kebab meat and chips and a kebab meat in naan are now half the size of other Big John's but the price has remained the same. £15 for the items in the photo attached!For an establishment that was famed for its portion sizes and value this store leave so much to be desired. Rather than order from the Acocks Green store rather order from the Lawley Middleway store. It's further away. It'll probably arrive to the Acocks Green area quicker than this store and the portion sizes will be of a normal standard.So disappointed...

absolutely vile food , service was terrible , asked and payed for a boneless chicken breast as i was taking away they sneakily put in a peice of chicken with bones as they ran out of boneless didn’t notice untill i got back to the site i was working on , i also orderd 6 wings and chips i asked for just salt , no vinegar after being asked by 2 members of staff so did 3 other people i work with and they still gave us all vinegar , , the food also had hair on it , i asked for ketchup in a small pot one man said they don’t have any the other said it’s a £1.50 charge for ketchup , absolutely vile place i would pay to not eat here again wouldnt wish this food on my worst enemy

Good fast service just there southern fried chicken burger has a very salty taste had it a few times definitely something to look into as different to other big johns

Waste of time and money, £15 for below pizza , suppose to be chicken and spicy beef toppings, merely a few pieces and once complained rubbish customer service offering next time he will add more toppings. chips tasted old definitely not fresh.
