Big John's Erdington in Birmingham

I dont normally like Big John's but.... the service was very good, food was delicious and hot. I will return for sure

Food was good but they put the chips in the box on top of the heater and it waited a while for the person to cut the kebab and was therefore cold when they eventually gave it to me.Great location, nice staff and tastes good but if they make it cold like that again I'll have to redo my review. Will try again for sure.

The food was lovely until I found a small black hair attached to the crust of the pizza 🤢 (for anyone wondering my hair is long & light brown). First time I've ever had an issue with this place, reason for stars.

Order was late, half of which was missing then called customer service who couldn't tell me how long it was going to be for them to redeliver the rest ofy order and when I asked about getting some money back they merely repeated the phrase 'your order will be with you soon'. Forgot why i stopped ordering from here.

Most of the food items are frozen and processed. Everyday, you see new workers that don't even know how to make food. Chicken is of low quality. Donners are pathatic. Chips are cold. Vineger is dilluted with water to increases the quantity.Pizza is messy with toppings that leads to uncooked meat in it. Prices are high. Won't recommend.

I visited this branch on Tuesday 26/10/21 after 7 pm and ordered fish&chips meal. Now this is were things want bad very quickly. The menu board showed £7.49 for the meal, yet I was told £8.48 by the young lady,she told me the prices had gone up. I said the menu board must show that price, after trying to put my point over, I decided to purchase the food. The fish was nice, but chips not to my liking. I visited they branch in Highgate(ladywood)and ordered the same meal on the following day and guest what.....I was charged £7.49 not £8.48,so be warned all. I gave the date and time so that management can deal with her. I hope you all don't come across her....Good luck all, so would not recommend there Erdington branch.

Late night order. Staff really took their time to sort 3 people's orders. Food was tasty and fresh but they exaggerated in the chili flakes. I like spicy food but that was way too much.

I can give 0 stars . I order and they Take my Money , i call them 44 Times and they answer only after 18th call and that Guy Tell me your order is on the way in 5minutes after i waiting 1hour and 45 minutes But my order should come in 55 minutes. So At finally i wait FOR nothing . WHORST FAST-FOOD ever . I swear

Please put people on the counters who understand English. I think the food is great and the service great but the other night it took me 2 minutes to buy an additional can of pop and got home and the order was COMPLETELY WRONG.

Very good costomer service. Served by Tuyyib very polite and well mannered chap. Pizza was delicious. Chips were very tasty. 😋 👍🏽
