Freshly made burgers and chips. The stacked beef burger was alright. However, I found 2 small bone pieces in my southern fried chicken burger. I won't come back again.

Just started eating from here again as we had money off uber. Don't know what's happened as the food is really lovely (never used too be) U get a lot off food for your money and food comes hot. Had it 3 times now different stuff and can say every time it's been excellent.

I can assure you this is the worst Big John's ever. Won't be going there or ordering from there ever again. Good riddance.

Usually satisfied with these guys. Freshly made stuff like masala fish is always good. Chips are usually cooked right and do double check when the fried stuff was cooked and you'll be pleasantly surprised to get a good value fast food meal.

·

Overhyped place, burgers are way too small and chips are too thick and weren't nice at all. Prices aren't great either and they charge you for ketchup.

·

Good food. Never had any problems.Update: 03/12/21Knocked down from 5 to 2 stars. They think they are some multinational cooperation the price increase is ridiculous. The fried chicken is not good very hard lumpy and dried. Also the chips are bad very dried out like cardboard flavoured.

·

Nice wrap. Very busy store but was a small hair in my chips. Friendly staff.

·

Food quality has improved massively over the last few years. The guys here take more care in the food compared to Big John's on Lawley Middleway. They listen to individual customer requests.

·

Absolutely banging takeaway. Ordered via just eat, food arrived 20 minutes early on a Friday night. Everything was tasty, hot and fresh. Only sad thing was the garlic bread only came in one size and it was tiny, but I'm supposed to be on a diet anyway so they did me a favour really.

Good place for your cheap and cheerful takeaway. Chips are usually fresh due to the high turnover of customers being served. Fish is hit and miss, best to order when they have run out so you’re guaranteed a freshly cooked fish. Not too keen on the boxes. Being a traditionalist fish and chips are best served and enjoyed wrapped in paper
