Big John's Kings Heath in Birmingham

I'm very disappointed, my order wasn't correct I was overcharged and didn't receive my sons burger, so disappointed kids😭unfortunately was too far away to go back, can't even call the store to as it goes to order line which isn't open, worst thing is they did not give me a receipt either for future reference. Won't go back

I think I'm done with this place...I was quite happy knowing I'd have a big johns up the rd, but honestly I'm just sick of waiting.I go in for chicken n chips which is already cooked and sat waiting, literally just needs boxing up and handing over, and yet I wait over 10 minutes inside the shop whilst about 6 people stand around.There's always loads of takeaways holding things up, so why not allocate certain staff to that and not keep physical customers waiting so long? There's always plenty of staff there but nothing happens and it's so annoying. Most of the staff just mumble and barely look at you as they serve you, they really need to get organised, takeaways alone will not keep that many staff in a job, think about us too.

Ordered 2x Chicken Mayo burgers at BigJohns in Kings Heath. One was undercooked, still pink inside and a bit cold 😣 Hopefully I don't get sick...

The food from here is always really good, most of the time they are earlier than expected, lovely friendly staff.. I would definatly recommend this place.

My favourite Pizza takeaway.Like the fact you don't pay any more for additional add on's.Also they do a small 6" Pizza £3.49Also Pizza slice & Chips £1.99Also proper fat Chips.

Was excited to hear they’re bringing big johns back. But that went away when I went and service was as slow as a snail, staff don’t seem to be aware that people are waiting to be served. Food was lukewarm. Very disappointed.Update 3/11So decided to pay them a visit again ordered wings and chips thinking “hey won’t take too long “ long story short took 15 minutes and took me to raise my voice for them to put the large amount of 4 wings and a few chips in a box which took them under 15 seconds. Appalling service! the most run down chip shops work more efficiently than this place. AVOID.

The worst i have ever had. This moment i rather eat cat food. How am i meant to eat this???. I ordered chicken + chips. The chips were ice cold there was so much chilli and mayo on there that made my food go cold. Im not eating from this bad place again. I had to throw it away. This company either needs to be shut down or do not buy from there. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Bought pizza and chips today ,pizza was made from scratch (waited 10mins for it )chips were cold and had been around for some time ...staff kept talking and laughing in thier own language at the back of the shop ...

Only used this branch twice since it opened but the food tastes good, its clean and staff are really friendly. They let me know about special offers and saved me money. I think the money is good for what you get. Will definitely come back again.

We have just had food from this brand new branch of Big John's.I am really sorry but the price of the food compared to the amount of food is actually very poor. I had a mixed kebab meat and chips, it came in a small flat box with about one scoop of chips.and a very poor amount of meat. I have to agree that the meats were very tasty, but the chips were nothing special. The price for what I received was a disgrace and I can say that I will not be returning, I would rather go back to the Olympus as you get a fair portion for your money and I don't think they have to worry about any form of competition. Such a shame very disappointed
