Pizza still tast great but prices are crazy high

Stakk are not helpful , female member of staff quite rude the way she answers you, asked if they were cooking any more wedges but all I got was a NO, this was at 18.00 so it's not as if it was later on the night, food was dry chips was like rubber, can honestly say you could do with making changes to staff attitudes and the food as there is no taste, and chips are cold and rubbery, ,

I have to say the food here is on the way up it is going from strength to strength. Good customer care, hygienic albeit a price hike. However deliver on time. Pleasant staff. Still reasonably priced.

Food is normally ok. Had long wait , ordered doner burger & chips got meat & chips. Couldn't be bothered to go back .

Good customer service. Food was ready very quick. The recipe has changed and Food taste absolutely amazing compared to precious years

Food arrived stone cold, Chicken looked disgusting lots of mayo after stating i didn't want ANY sauce. Kebab looked pale, undercooked and didn't smell nice. Chips were cold and stale, 0 out of 10 !! £15 wasted as food went straight in the bin.Utterly disappointed!

Not normally a takeaway/ fast food patron but I’ve got to say the taste and quality of the food I had was exceptional.Was introduced by a connoisseur and I to would recommend Big Johns. Give it a go you won’t be disappointed especially with the great choice you are given to choose from.

I have only ever ordered from here once - but never again. We had the PerI Peri chicken - although the portion sizes were good the meat was warm and didn’t taste too fresh. Quick delivery though.

Ordered this weekend. So so poor. Really disappointed. The wrap was ok.... But tiny. Lol like really small. Also ordered large chips and literally every single chip was black or had a large section of chips that were black. Really put me off. The food was average but how someone could send out door that was presented the way our food was..... Very very disappointing. Big John's used to be so much better. The quality has really slipped.
