Big John's Soho Road in Birmingham

As per other reviews - stay away from this place! The rude woman on the phone that someone else has mentioned, needs to go back on the boat she came from. Absolutely disgraceful attitude; no customer service skills whatsoever!

I normally really enjoy big John's food but the delivery experience has absolutely ruined my day. Delivery that normall takes 30 to 45 mins as my house is not far from the shop but delivery took 2 HOURS i was deeply upset and when I called to ask where my food was rude woman on the phone cut the call on me. I feel really upsert as the food was really nice. Probably order from the corporation street one next time

Trust me, ignore the reviews and just get the sexy double stack beef burger. Only good thing here but trust me when I say it tastes so good you'll want to slap your own mother, and so I did. Now I'm living on the streets.

There's definitely far superior branches of Big John's out there. Not the worst. Far from the best. Quality not consistent enough.

A great place to eat if you want something cheap and cheerful. I've always found the food to be hot and a appetising and it always hits the spot.

Vey nice staff I came with my two kids they made the pizza quickly and the kebab was nice,but the kebab and chips were at least £5.50 and the chips werent that much,but overall it was nice and i would recommend coming here again.

please don't eat This is the oldest food I've ever seen all the meat is spoiled and not very friendly staff Please don't make the mistake of eating here

Honestly I was baffled, to see such an unorganised ,disgusting place . To think I was going to give the food a chance but the food was just as horrible the chips , the burger was even burnt the women was rude and gave us stares throughout the whole time . They don’t even look prepared to work , there uniform was a mess and god knows when they wash there hands . Don’t go!!!! Setting stinks too

Food was cold arrived late was told sorry for late delivery at door given wrong order not what I ordered contacted them for a refund to complain they didn’t do anything to reslove my issue instead been extremely rude kept an talking over me was trying to call me liar refused to anything or refund me back.Extremely poor customer service and the food is extremely terrible wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place not worth its money.

Disgusting ,absolutely vile the workers just keep looking at you and make you feel uncomfortable the food wasn’t even decent and the place looked like a shambles . It’s very unhygienic and they definitely don’t clean up tables after people eat ,even at tjme like this during covid there still no consideration for customers . Poor service.
