Blake Barn Inn in Birmingham

Had a fantastic meal, service was excellent very polite and friendly staff. Two meals for the price of one... Could not fault it..🤗🤗

My chicken and bacon salad was very tasty and the right quantity thank you. However, my husband had to return his Rump steak as there was very little beef and a lot of gristle in his piece. The side accompaniments were also overly deep fried. It is very rare that he feels obliged to do this.He was greeted with sincere apologies and given a glass of Merlot whilst the chef cooked a completely new meal and upgraded his steak to a sirloin. We were very grateful for this approach and will certainly continue to visit Blake Barn when we were in the area. The staff were charming and we didn’t feel in an embarrassing situation at any timeThank you

Good and atmosphere was lovely!Staff where really good with the kids my nephews don’t eat out much but lynne and her staff where brilliant with them. They where really attentive to us and we couldn’t of asked for a better experience. And my nephew said “you the best!”

Food and service always excellent and consistent. We feel confident recommending it to friends as we know they will never get a bad meal. Steaks always cooked to perfection and good timing between courses. Staff always friendly and very comfortable st seated by the fire. Good atmosphere and good prices. We love it there!

They were short staffed due to Covid but the staff that were there were so friendly, nice and provided such a good, fast, welcome service. Nice smiles and very happy staff. Food was absolutely perfect and restaurant extremely clean. Toilets too

Not too bad for a quick stop off but we found the food seems to have gone downhill a bit (as though it had been left a long time/slightly stale) and drinks were quite expensive. Not bad if you get the 2 meals for £10 deal.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate my family and were always helpful and friendly. The food was great. Highly recommend.

Food was excellent. Spoilt for choice. Everything piping hot, and served with a smile. Staff always very friendly & warm. I was with my brother, who used to dine at Blake Barn, on regular basis. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, hadn't been for couple of months. Manageress remembered him and asked after well being etc. We thought this was a nice touch. My brother was very pleased. I frequently recommend this venue, for, as well as a very pleasant place to visit. its in a nice location.

Have been several times recently and it doesn't disappoint. The food is very well presented and tasty and, if you like a good chip, the best I have ever tasted. The service is very good and the staff super friendly. If you are in the area, definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend.

This is the second time that my partner and I have visited Blake Barn. On both occasions we have been extremely happy with our meals and the service from the staff.I would definitely recommend Blake Barn for meals.Thank you...
