You won't find a bigger fried chicken burger in Birmingham! Chips are addictive and the chicken fillet is southern fried and spicy coating is a must try.

Waited over an hour to be told the driver was a few minutes away…after half n hour still no sign of the delivery driver called again just to receive bad customer service. Cancelled, and the driver arrived after 20 mins of cancelling the order.. we told him that we cancelled and he says “ don’t order again” rude and lacking basic manners! My response? “Do your job properly!” Don’t order from here vile‼️ Customer service is supposed to be a key skill!

It’s the worst restaurant as I order food from them twice and my all kids started vomiting after eating food kids were well before but as soon they eat food after a while they started vomiting. I have been cleaning the vomit it’s been 6 hours but kids still vomiting. Very bad experience would never buy from them

Ordered Donner Meat & Chips, barely any Donner like I had recieved the bottom of the barrel, also got a naan bread which was soggy. However, the chips portion was quite big, needless to say they were also soggy.

Delicious food. Been coming here for the past 10 years or so. Their fried chicken is one of the best fried chickens I’ve had and is packed with flavour. The chicken fillet burger is really amazing too - the fillet is always larger than the burger - which I’m always more than happy to receive. They are very generous with their portion sizes. Never fail to amaze.

Burgers had amazing flavor, chicken made to order and extremely hot with great taste. Would say it is a for sure place to stop and eat when in the area. Friendly staff and amazing customer service

Say this takeaway has gone dowwnn. Gave dusty old donner which obv had been made the day before. Chicken burger was dry and overcooked. Sad because it used to be good food for reasonable price. Had to throw food away, was inedible. Best stay away!

Worse takeaway i have ever ordered. Literally threw lall the food in a huge pizza box, chips and doner and kebabs all flung together with salad amd wrapped in tin foil. Wouldnt feed this to a dog. Taste wise absolutely horrendous, full of fat, old meat, soggy chips. I never add a picture but the guys at this place should be ashamed. Avoid at all costs.

A huge fan of their grilled chicken burger which is too big for even the bun. Good food, friendly staff and at good price. Recommend to all.

I have been going to Blu's for years and the quality of food is next to none. The fish and chips / chicken and chips are excellent. Blu's use good quality flavoursome potatos that always satisfies my tastebuds. The team is always friendly and polite.
