The staff is totally unhelpful. We were students, booked there and asked for student discount, but the blond girl 'serving' us refused to apply the discount with the excuse that she couldn't cancel the transaction.. which to me seems an excuse since she could have simply refunded the only person had just paid, cancel and start a new transaction (I have worked in restaurants and this is an easy and normal/ feasible thing to do, so clearly she didn't simply wanna do it)😑.. plus, how come the place close at 11PM on a Saturday night ?!?! 👎

Great place to take the kids, we actually only went to the arcade inside so didn't actually bowl. We all had a great time playing the games, £30 lighter in the pocket but I'm guessing it's cheaper than a game of bowling for an hour!!

It was good, closing time for Birmingham I felt were quite early but staff were friendly and facilities were clean throughout.

My son favourite bowling place,we go there twice a week. The staff are so lovely 5 star 🌟 The management team the tall man and the lady so kind and helpful all the time when we there I'm sorry that I don't have your names, I will ask next time but definitely because of the staff we there every week.Thank you been awesome team.You credit to the company.

Have visited this place many times and my children always have fun. They like playing the arcades to collect the tickets and then choosing a prize. No matter how many tickets they get, they always want to buy the silly putty or slime!! They also enjoy playing pool and are trying their hand at bowling. Being small they do struggle and are very competitive but enjoy their time here. The staff have always been very attentive and ordering food and drinks is very easy. Only issue I find is that they have one cue for bookings and collecting prizes which can be irritating when you have 5 children with you but other than that this place is great. Keep up the good work!

The bowling place is great and the staff are friendly. The diner staff however are awful. They barely acknowledge your existence and they just act they cannot be bothered. Several times I've been there to basically have them ignore me and quite frankly they've been near empty each time in the diner so it's not like they were rushed off their feet.

Who doesn't love a bit of bowling? Especially when you win.There's also a lovely small arcade in the corner (something everyone remembers from their childhood).Just an all around great time for the whole family, (unsure on the food and drinks, we didn't buy anything due to close by fast food places)

Came in to play some arcade games with my son. The staff were friendly and welcoming but the older teens banging the 10p machines and generally barging their way around the place sort of ruined it for the smaller kids and me.Also i saw 4 girls club together to try and win a Sonic plush toy from a claw machine. They had put £40 in so far but their dedication was not rewarded in the end. #scam
