The tables in the bar area are an absolute disgrace, borderline health hazard, thick black greasy grime and sticky, haven't been cleaned properly in years.

I had a fabulous experience today. My children attended the play area and we had dinner and the service was outstanding. No job was to small for my attendee. She was truly faultless engaged in conversation with myself and children. Food was lovely and the play area and dinning area was clean and tidy.

Went during the week and was a lovely atmosphere in there. The service and staff were fantastic and drinks were very reasonable.Clean place and lovely staff, especially a guy called Tay who I noticed was a very hard worker and polite to talk to. A very pleasant member of staff along with being smartly dressed.Shall hopefully be returning soon and hope the service is still great !!

Excellent food, service and friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked bar. Plenty of seats and no long waiting for food or drink. I would highly recommend this restaurant, bar to anyone. Parties are welcome, along with a children's play area as well. A big thank you to all the staff over the 10 days whilst I stayed at the Premier Inn.

One of the best examples of Brewers Fayre that I've visited. Clean stylish modern decor. Very good soft play area. Food was tasty and cooked well. What really stood out though was the staff who were all very friendly and the service was spot on😊👌🏻

Plenty of seating, but seemed a little lacking in staff. I had the Cottage Pie with peas & gravy; It was very hot (looked burnt around the edge) and tasted ok. My daughter had the veggie burger, which she seemed quite satisfied with. Overall, it was a little over-priced and the ladies toilets were very unkept.

Just had breakfast here, as usual, are too much! We popped in on off-chance but they managed to sit 12 of us. Staff and food were great. Orders were brought out quickly and were delicious. Thank you 👍

Service and starter and main meal was great but the puddings were a bit disappointing in as much as they didn't have the ones we wanted and the ones we had left a lot to be desired. I had pancakes and cream which I was told was ice cream and then I found out it was off the children's menu but still charged £4.49 !!! For it.it will be a long time before we go again. Don't get me wrong we understand they may have problems due to covid and we feel sorry for them but if you pay for an adult pudding you expect to get a decent sized one. We cannot thank the man that served us he was so friendly and polite and couldn't do enough for us.

Very average. Long wait at the entrance to be seated - not acknowledged or noticed by any staff. Went and found someone myself and was seated. Hard to find a table that didn't involve listening to loud kids, but I guess it is a family venue. Moved twice until we found a table that was peaceful enough. Went to order and was told you had to pre-order the Christmas menu. I was going to have soup and burger - does this really need to be pre-ordered? - it's the festive season and they should be pushing these menus, not discouraging people. We queued at the bar again and ordered alternative items and was advised of an hour wait on food and it did take an hour. The food then came and was mainly lukewarm. The burgers had no sauce at all and the bread was quite dry. Sauce was brought on request, but cutlery and napkins weren't brought until we asked. Refill drinks only sugar free - wish I could pay the sugar tax and have full fat. Where we ended up sitting it was quite cold. Also the burger had a side salad without any dressing. All in all rather underwhelming. At least it was fairly cheap as we had a voucher, but it would not be that cheap if you paid full price and it certainly wouldn't be worth the full price they charge - for that you could go to harvester and the like and it would likely be much nicer. Many of the hand sanitizers were empty and I didn't observe any cleaning - glasses were removed from tables but no sanitizing. Would expect better from a big company like this.

Perfect for a wheelchair user like me and my friend. Lovely, friendly service and the food came way quicker than expected. Clean, spacious, great choice of meals and drink on the menu. Decent prices. My friends' kids loved the Play Zone. Definitely would visit again if we come back to Birmingham.
