Broadway Kebab House in Birmingham

I'd have to say the staff have issues with customer service and the ability to serve them properly. The place is busy and food is basic standard, prices are ok but it's HMC approved. You guys need to work on your hygiene and customer service. Food is average and nothing special.

We usually order from Broadway, however my elderly Mother was eating her panini and realised something was wrong and it turned out that there was a screw in her food. Totally dangerous and unhygenic, usually a very good place so very disappointed.

Been eating from this chippy for years never once been disappointed food always piping hot and always ontime pizza are 100% on point and the customer service they have given has always been top level well done boys keep the hard work up inshallah we will keep ordering from here

never had a problem with fast food from here friendly staff and big helpings so no hesitation in recomending this place

Used to be good place to eat but unfortunately the fish has gone really small, prices have gone up substantially and the service level has gone down...... -(

food is so good but when your order and tell them to deliver they miss items and then when you ask them to deliver it they don’t and then on top of it they take so long to deliver your food they said they would be an hour but they took 4 hours to deliver my food plus the guy on the phone was so rude hung up on me when I ask how long will it take

Broadway was the best but last 8 months gone downhill. Chicken tastes disgusting. Bad smell inside and smells like old burnt oil. NO CONSISTENCY. No more broadway for me. Been going 20+ years. SAD TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW.Please like if you agree.

Spring roll was 20p more then any other Kebab shop. Other then that everything was good. 👍🏽

Food was okay. As standard all takeaways should give a receipt with the cost of each item on it. This place like many others didn't give a reciept with a break down of the cost!The takeaway workers quickly press a few buttons on the till and the customer happily just pays it without asking anything, surely this can't be right! In other places supermarkets, garages, online purchases etc, we exactly know what we have paid for!

Chicken was juicy and chunky soft chips! Love this place when I fancy chicken & chips. Nandos move over!
