Cafe Balti Restaurant in Birmingham

Absolute 0 representation of real South Asian cuisine. I had called back regarding their butter chicken which was dreadfully cooked and loaded with so much sugar that you couldn’t taste a thing but sweet slurp and overpowering ‘aroma’, the boy I spoke to apparently was proud to be selling such poor standard food but I couldn’t expect him to say any different however note to chef, please be true to yourself when feeding people. Would you eat that stuff you get others to eat? There’s no 0 on this so had to give it 1 star but even their chicken pakora was pre prepared chicken tikka dipped in batter and under cooked then sent out. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!! I cannot get that terribly sweet vile taste out of my mouth I’m so disappointed!

Picked food from here last night service and staff and food is excellent quality.

Had chicken pathia from there got food poisoning. Had week off work was put on antibiotics came back as campylobacter

Thought I would try this place for the first time and it's the last. The chips iv never seen anything so burnt and dripping in fat same as the starter and very dry chicken . All of it tasted reheated! My concern now is food poisoning. Lime and pickle takeaway 100 percent

I love this place. The staff are courteous and kind. The food is good and cooked to order. They wait for you to ok the nxt course when you are ready to eat it.

Food gave me a bad stomach almost immediately after eating the food tasted dry and old

1st time we have ordered... Recommended by our daughter who is a regular customer...I have to say food was definitely of quality... Arrived piping hot and quick delivery.... And we are quite far awaywith their own app or an uber voucher you can get a great Discount so a family meal is quite affordable.Really pleased with the taste and portion sizes on this order so would happily use againWell done guys great take away !!

First time having a meal from Cafe Baltic and it was really good. We ordered online and was aware it would take about an hour, so prepared for that. Really happy with what arrived: great poppadoms and dips, mixed special platter and onion bhajis finished off with a king prawn balti and naan (loads of mint dip and salad and 2 free cans of Pepsi Max. Fabulous and will be ordering again!

We have had takeaways for about 4 times. The first was brilliant. But it has slowly gone down. Orders not right garlic fried rice comes as pilau. Chips cold. Lids on wrong curries . Give them one more chance

I use Cafe Balti regularly and the food is consistently good, as is the delivery time. Always arrives hot. Portions are very generous. The spicy dishes are spicy so if you have a low chilli tolerance go for a mild dish.
