Cafe Rouge - Birmingham, Bullring in Birmingham

Me and my mum have been coming to rouge in Birmingham for years now and after trying the new menu I can confirm that it is now EVEN better! Starters main and desserts where served within 15-20 minutes food was fresh ,warm and absolutely Divine as always ! Not to mention the atmosphere and service which never disappoints ! All of The staff really make you feel welcome along with always being so attentive. Sandro and Paulina are utterly polite and do a great job ! Overall 10/10 ! As always I will definitely be back THANK YOU !

Nice place, popped in for dessert and had a coffee and a tea. Both were nice. Also ordered a creme brulee and a chocolate fondant which were both lovely.Update--------I went back to Cafe Rouge just yesterday and ordered the creme brulee and chocolate fondant again and they were just as lovely.Also ordered a pot of tea to wash things down. Very nice place with a quaint atmosphere and accommodating staff.

My partner's children treated us to a voucher for 3 course set meal. Service was good and the food was extremely tasty. Given that I travel with work frequently, and that I am rarely wowed by the food, might underline the recommendation more so.

Omelette was good. Coffee was amazing Good toast and butter Pancake with berries and pineapple was just below par.

Just happened to pop in for breakfast and everything was lovely, good atmosphere all the food was cooked perfectly with good portions and well priced. The highlight of the experience was our waitress Irina , she was funny and attentive and really made both mine and my friends day. ❤️

Eggs benedict was like hard boiled eggsI ordered a breakfast couldn't cut in to the bacon the eggs was hard asked for soft eggs when orderingspoken to the server and she took it away to show the chef the bacon and egg came back down fithteen minutes latterThe second egg was disgusting worse then the firstalready finished eating my breakfastHad a glass of champagne with chambordWas astonished by the dash of chambordMy husband took it back to the bar it was a jokeReally ruined my birthday breakfastNot been out since lock downwe used to eat there all the timeThe menu is cheaper and so is the foodThe shift manager was very rude 😒Only given one star because I cant give any lower

Outstanding customer service I normally wouldn’t start a review like that however it is the headline.They had been an incident so traffic was delayed so my wife rang ahead to say we might be a bit late it was a Friday evening when the heavens have just opened. Monsoon weather in the middle of summer.From the moment we got their you the staff was very pleasant and even delayed the closing so they could accommodate a few of the late comers on another table so if you’re ever in Birmingham I would highly recommend a visit

Absolutely outstanding customer care, by far the best I’ve received in a long time. The staff were very attentive and courteous and it was clear nothing was too much trouble… food was really tasty, presented well and served hot… it was a most enjoyable evening, I’d like to thank the staff of this cafe… would highly recommend and will definitely return 😁👍🏻
