My family and I went in for lunch on Saturday, it was quite busy but both staff members were very friendly.The lady with violet hair was so lovely and she recommended some cakes which were delicious, the coffee was so nice as well! Definitely a great place to visit and we hope to come back next time we are in Birmingham.

I went today to get my hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows to take away just 30 minutes before closing time. The lady makes me the fastest hot chocolate I have ever seen... it was not even hot. Once I get home I open my cup and I found out that the lady only "pretended" to add cream and marshmallows in it, there was only milk and chocolate.... believe it or not this is not even the first time that happen to me in this location.I will never going there ever again, the one in brindley place is way better.

Rude staff: the lady with tattoo and purple hair. God I haven’t seen a long face like that in a while. They kept coming and asking if we were finished, They just came short of taking the cup of our hands while we were drinking. Then they said you either have to order again or leave! The whole coffeeshop was empty. We ordered £12 and stayed 2 hours! What, should we spend £10 an hour? I hope this rude member of staff see this review. yes I am talking to you!

Perfect place to grab a coffee, the staff are always so friendly and calm and the classical music that the manager plays creates a lovely atmosphere.

Great venue. I was impressed here. The product was also very tasty.I just felt I caught the staff on an off day as they couldn't have been less enthusiastic. Wouldn't give me my electronic stamps either as I'd paid cash...But this is an issue I feel is a cafe nero issue over individual store. Not enough staff to manage their operations day to day. In turn the customer satisfaction drops.

Fantastic, classy hangout looking out on the Xmas market. This shop attracts good quality people and is pretty much dumbo free. Usual delicious coffees with highly addictive cream atop. Yum! 🤤😋

I'm a semi regular on and off over the years. Nice staff that I've seen before. Same drinks and food I've had there or at other Nero's. Quite quiet now. Sitting in allowed again if you do Track and Trace or scan NHS QR code.
