Really good service today, the guy one the phone was very friendly and chatty, food came on time and was delicious as always!

Still chasibg refund after 3 weeks!EXPERIENCED INCONVENIENCE OF AWFUL, INEDIBLE FOOD, FAMILY TRAVELLING BACK HOME AT 11PM WITHOUT DINNER, FOLLOWED BY EMAILS TO UBEREATS AS ADVISED BY THE MANAGER (WILD GOOSE CHASE), HALF A DOZEN CALLS TO THE SUFFOLK STREET BRANCH TO CHASE A REFUND. I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED, THE SEAFOOD RAMEN WAS BLUE HOT WATER WITH NO SEASONING OR FLAVOUR, THE PLATTER DIDNT HAVE AS ADVERTISED CONTENT, TWO THIRDS WAS UNDERCOOKED POTATOE WEDGES, ALL OTHER FOOD WAS NOT SEASONED! ALL THIS AFTER COLLECTING THE FOOD AT ALMOST 10PM AFTER OVER HALF AN HOUR WAIT AT THE SHOP (MEANT TO BE READY AT 845) ONLY TO GET HOME AND THE FOOD WAS INEDIBLE!!!!THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE... I COULD SEE WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE THEY WERE SO BUSY, DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH DRIVERS AND MADE ME WAIT AN HOUR AFTER THE ORIGINAL COLLECTION TIME.  THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE ACCEPTED THE ORDER! I COULD HAVE TAKEN NY CUSTOM ELSEWHERE AND ACTUALLY FED MY CHILDREN AND GUESTS, LET ALONE ON TIME.

The restaurant is located approximately 5 minutes form the new street. It has great food and amazing staff. Food is much better now as it has been taken over and they are smashing it keep up the good work. 💯

Amazing food. Friendly staff. 100% recommend to anyone who wants amazing noodles. Thanks for the food guys.

Don't waste your time and money. Worst chinese I have ever had. Order was over an hr late, couldn't get in contact with the branch and food was definitely not worth the wait. Chicken curry and rice was more chicken in a container of curried water. No way can they called that sauce and the rice, well after one spoonful had to discard it. The rest of the order was more the same, tasteless and wouldn't call it Chinese. So disappointed as was looking forward to it after deciding to order in after a long day out in the city.

Totally wrong food from advertised. Katsu curry was more like Katsu soup with no breaded chicken just some chicken fillets poorly chopped and thrown in. The rice had so much spring onion I suspect they were doing so to cover the taste of old rice (it also does not say anywhere that spring onions are in the dish) the platter was supposed to have spring rolls, it didn't. It had a bucket full of wedges, two tiny measly bits of prawn toast and half a dozen chicken legs. Not what was advertised AT ALL.Disgusting for such a price, that if they ran out of their ingredients they couldn't be polite enough to call us and let us know there would be some changes. I will NEVER be ordering from here and I will always tell people how awful our experience was.£30 wasted. I am truly angry at how much of a scam they are running.

Did not look like Prawn Ramen, more of water from toilet. Tempura prawns were okay even though not thoroughly cooked. Ordered second and definitely last time. Not making same mistake again. Read reviews before ordering 🤢

Could anything else go wrong? What a shambles. 4 of us ordered online for collection. We called right after asking for delivery instead as something came up. They said they would charge us now even though it was free if we had wanted 2 minutes earlier at the time of order. Out of principle we collected instead.We go there & they had just not done one of the orders. They rooted around in laptops for a couple of minutes then found it. So we had to wait 5 minutes for this to be cooked.The drink one of us ordered wasn’t available even though it was five to order it in the website.We ordered a large Ben & Jerry’s ice-cream 465ml at over £5. They originally put it in the bag with the hot food so we had to ask them to take it out. Then we realized it was only a small 100ml tub. We asked what was going on & they said they don’t do the big one as they’re a franchise & that something the main company do. Even though we ordered it off their website. After a painful discussion about the difference between 100ml and 465ml they gave us 3 small ones. We had lost the will to live at this point so just had it. But we were still 265ml short so hadn’t got what we paid for.Obviously after all of this the meals that were done first were cold by the time we got to eat them & we were only 5 minutes away. They had say on the shelf why they cooked the one they lost & we argued about ice cream that doesn’t exist.We have ordered a lot off these in the past & it’s mainly been OK. However after tonight’s fiasco I doubt we’ll ever go back.

The only noodle place I go to, would have given 5* but they dont make it saucy enough for me even though I will ask them 1000 times and am willing to pay extra for extra sauce, the chicken satay, and giblets are a joke, they hard, dry and tasteless. Apart from that it's nice

They are lucky as I can't give less than a star. Don't waste time and money with them. Just ordered food. Really poor food quality and awful costumer service. Contact just eat just after the driver left. They didn't retake the food and refund me. Maybe my pictures are still looking good. Bad quality instant noodles over fried and over cooked dumplings, just kg of black pepper to let you vomit. Can you see the salmon within the noodles? Almost invisible. thank you for let me through my £ 20 dinner straight to the bin, really thanks to you. I don't want to know how you manage to run this business... No cooking knowledge and no ethic.
