Nice place but the service was very bad because there was someone who didn't know how to make coffee latte was the worst coffee I drank in costa, where I ordered two cups of coffee latte it tastes like you're drinking water I asked him to exchange coffee, yes he replaced them but he took money from me also that means 14 pounds in the morning of Order two cups of costa coffee latte and the employee's fault

We went 2 hours before a concert at the arena & there was plenty of food & drink choices. The staff were friendly & efficient, there was a queue but they worked quickly to minimise waiting times.

Poor foods selection and cake selection.... Empty... morning and lunchtime. Nothing but drink and crisp. Very disappoint compare other Costa cafe I been to. Staff was poor services as well.

·

Worst service ever.. the guy working there today 06/03/2022 - 1030 was so busy looking at his mobile then serving customers and very rude.. thank God the black guy came and saved us from that bad service costa you need to check your employees again.. if I was a manger I would have fired him..

Very busy as event on at Arena. The staff however were amazing. Working so hard to reduce ques as well as looking after people who need extra support.

Still Love the coffee but both times I have been in the last few weeks the service has been a little off, a smile is nice even if it's behind the mask. I explained that I am deaf and I read lips but the girl just carried on talking behind the mask, but when she served the next customer she removed it to speak them. I felt very hurt.

OK. Typical Costa coffee café. Limited food and snacks and I find the coffee bitter. Saying that their Xmas special coffees are tasty. Only one member of staff in but place was clean and tidy

This place has a potential to be the best Costa in town because of the location. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The wifi is terrible and unusable. There is no signal inside as well which makes the place not useful for studying, reading online or working.

·

A really refreshing feel of hot chocolate while admiring the view outaide Costa.

Situated next to Legoland Discovery Centre, this is a nice little shop. Staff were very friendly and efficient. WiFi available at the location where you can find the issues on the bottom of the receipt.
