Crane And Dragon in Birmingham

Went to The Crane yesterday for Mothering Sunday. Took my Wife, Mom and Nan for a meal. The whole experience was lovely. The service was brilliant from start to finish.When arriving at the pub we was meet by Jo who showed us to our table. After look through the menu, we went to order at the bar. We was served by Erica ( thank god for name badges) she advices of the Sunday deals on and the special desserts for that day. We got offered all the drink offers extra £1 for a double and 2 £5 on the bottle we ordered.The food came out quite quick considering they was busy. It was hot and tasty, thank you to the chefs. Shannon served us and couldn’t be more helpful, getting us are sauces and looking for salt.The over all visit was very very good. Thank you all involved.

So this week, we was given a 3 hours to help get my cousins surprise gender reveal set up and good to go! The Crane was more than accommodating, helping us to set up for 14 people on such short notice. Erica went above and beyond allowing us to decorate the area with balloons, confetti and banners.Erica even helped us find the perfect spot in the outdoor area where we could set off the confetti canons!Although we offered to help clean up, we told not to worry and they would do it!Thank you again for a wonderful evening!!

Food was okay, staff were very friendy, will say the place is very clean overall cleaner and well looked after than most places and dog friendly

We came here on the recommendation of a friend, and we wasn’t disappointed. The food was tasty and portions for the price were good. The staff are very polite and friendly. We will be coming to some of their entertainment nights which cater for everyone

Very friendly pub, food is amazing always presented really well and piping hot. Alovely member of staff called Connor looked after us.. He was well presented and very polite. They have great entertainment and always a brilliant atmosphere.... We have recommended friends and family too.

One of the best places locally to get good food and drink at decent prices! The atmosphere here has changed drastically over the past year for the better.. it's obvious that under the new, experienced and professional management the wholeplace runs so much smoother. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the service is really good. Would definitely recommend!

Visit this Pub a lot, it is a lot more family friendly and welcoming than it has been previously. Love the steaks and menu here and they have plenty choice of beers!Went to a Michael Bublé tribute act here on Christmas eve, was a really lively night, good to see entertainment back on here!

This place has become a favourite for my family. We thoroughly enjoy the food here. The staff are friendly and very approachable. Katy was very helpful and polite., she is a credit to your team as well as your other staff. Food was tasty and all arrived in great time and was hot. All the covid regulations are implemented very well. Doing a good job ☺️☺️☺️

Absolutely incredible evening fantastic food amazing staff and spotlessly clean. The whole family enjoyed there starters mains and puds and will definitely be returning. The Christmas themed entertainment for kids was a lovely touch and made what was a fantastic meal a really fun day for the whole family can't wait to return.
