Dilshad in Birmingham

Nice tasty saag paneer, but doubt I'll have curried falafel again. Good flavours though

I have had a few delivery’s via Ubereats and the food was so lovely, I was advised by the guy that takes the orders over the phone that if I ordered through their website it would be cheaper for me so that’s what I did even though I was only saving about £5.Well the delivery arrived and the only thing I can say is it was the worst delivery I have ever had, the food was stone cold, the bags were soaking wet and the packaging was damp, I’m presuming that the delivery driver had the window open. Here comes the worst part, I called Dilshad back to which the same man that advised me to order through their website answered. I continued to explain to him the condition of the food and packaging, he cut me off instantly and replied to me “that’s funny, the food was hot when it left here” well that all he needed to say to me, I just replied to him “okay if thats the attitude you are going to have then there is no more to say” HE JUST DIDN’T CARE! I will never order, recommend anyone to order from the Dilshad. When people couldn’t care less, why would you consider giving them your custom? I know I won’t again.

Best Indian restaurant and take away in the environs of Selly Oak.

Booked for Christmas lunch, a brilliant service leading up to and on the day. Sam kept in touch via text leading up to the event, taking care of orders and queries. The timing in which the courses came out was a nice pace and the food was top quality. 7 out of 7 people left very satisfied. No issues with bringing our own drinks in too as unlicensed. Very accommodating. Looking forward to going back very soon!

Omg get yourself down here,I've been eating curry's for over 30 years.This was the best ive ever tasted it was gorgeous big lumps of fresh chicken.I will definitely be coming back here again.Fantastic big trendy restaurant with loads of tables,and big menu to choose from.Cheers fellas keep up the good work..It was beautiful.

Every time I go they have been amazing, always have a smile and very welcoming. The food is awesome. I will highly recommend them.

Food was bland and overpriced, would not recommend at all :/ Butter chicken was sickeningly sweet, couldn't have more than a spoonful. Never been so disappointed by a restaurant. Go somewhere else!

Lovely curry, both for dining in and takeaway. Seating in the restaurant is limited and can seem a little crowded, however, the quality of food is definitely retained for takeaway and delivery orders, so this isn't an issue.

This was awful, the chicken in my boona (bhuna) was so tough it tasted as if had been reheated, The starter was tiny for the £29 two of us paid. Can't recommend this place .

Fantastic restaurant and excellent food ran by Sam and the team. Thank for making our visits so pleasurable been coming here since I was 12 with my sister Tracy never had a bad meal wether it was eating in or take away. Thanks Dilshad 😊
