Dixy Chicken in Birmingham

Brilliant food me and my partner have stayed in Birmingham a few times and ordered from here we are never dissapointed always get the most for your money and the food is lovely!

Not even 1 star. Got food poisoning after having their fillet burger. Got so sick. Stay away

The food tasted great, but it wasn't hot, it was warm. Sat under the light thing for too long.

It was OK but the burger was way too small.

Got some young lad there... My order was short-fulfilled. Some of the items I paid for were not packed. Got to know when I got to the house.Ordered beef burger, they packed chicken burger. Ordered plain grilléd chicken with no spices they packed super hot chicken yet I had made it clear it was for children.I had to reorder food from somewhere else late into the night.Always check item by item as they pack for you.

I ordered online off JUSTEAT and it wasn't a pleasant experience..The delivery came on time but they messed up my order. Due to running out of stock they decided to add things I didn't ask for rather than letting me know beforehandThe chips were stale and soggy and the wings were way too salty. The burger I ordered was barely above average and I couldn't help but feel I had been conned. Yes it's fairly cheap but even then the quality is severely lacking.I would avoid getting food from this place even if you were hungry you could spend your money better elsewhere

Chicken is pretty good. The spicy sauce and the staff’s honesty and kindness bring Dixys up a full 1-2 stars.The (assumed) owner/manager took my order which may not represent most experiences.

This place honestly got me by surprise. We had been to a pub near Chinese quarter and wanted to go for some fast food. We decided to try this place out and it became a favourite of mine and my other half. Their £10 burger combo is one of the best price/quality ratio meals I have eaten in the UK. The food is usually ready really fast and the staff has been nice. The meals are really tasty. Dixy is a lot better than all the big fast food chains.
