Domino's Pizza in Birmingham

I place great emphasis on customer service even before I judge the food , staff polite but attention to detail could be better , small mistakes impact customer experience greatly, i will not be overly harsh but store needs to pay more attention, also talking at work in foreign language is totally unacceptable, must speak English all the time , staff were conversing in a foreign language

Ok but I think the wedges had a chemical taste to them almost like someone had sprayed cleaning spray on it, thank god this is a one off and not my local pizza place

Really good MashAllah can't go wrong pizza 🍕 always brilliant

How does any company mess up an order 3 times. Been waiting 4 hours just for one pizza

Quick service, has great deals available and staff are professional & friendly!

Really nice pizzas, good customer service, would happily use again 👍

Small but cute and functional store. Tasty chicken wings!

They need to review how meat and cheese is stored , pizza has made us ill on 3 occasions. This is our local branch and it’s a shame.

My whole family were really ill with CovidReally struggling to get through the daySo decided to order pizza as a treatTwo the pizzas were fine but one was burnt and had hardly a toppings onI took a photo and sent it to themThey stated it had enough toppings on!Complete joke and what about the outer third having hardly any cheese so it burnt! No quality controlSupervisor must be blindI will make sure I order from the cape hill one as never had issues there

Ordered twice from here now... first time the chicken was under cooked. This time my half and half pizza came more like a 1/4 and 3/4.... and could have done with being in longer too... over all their delivery guys are all quite short and hang up the phone when they like too.... not impressed really.
