Driver refused to get out his car and walk 10 steps to meet me at the hospital entrance despite me being in my nurse hospital uniform and being unable to walk outside the hospital doors to meet him on the road. His manager then rang me to who I explained the situation to again, and informed them I'd have to go up four floors and get changed out my uniform and come down again which would take me 10minutes, then said he would give me five minutes and thats it. ZERO customer service.

Ordered a pizza online. They were supposed to deliver the pizza to the car as it was the selected option online. Waited ages with Hazard lights on and nobody attended to us. Went in and they said we didnt select the pizza to be dropped off outside when we clearly selected this option. Pizza was cold. What a waste of time.

Our food was never delivered to us as they said they couldn’t contact us. We rang 3 times trying to be friendly. The customer service was terrible no help at all and refused to give us a refund even though we never received our food and kept hanging up on me.

Disgraceful attitude from the staff here. Had a few problems with them. Called to see if they could email me a VAT receipt after they ignored three of my emails to the store. He told me he was too busy and put the phone down on me.

Mistaken order yet again, done with dominos. Bought 2 pizzas, a vegetable pizza for my partner and a mighty meaty for myself as I don’t like vegetables on my pizza I asked for them move my mushroom and vegetables unto my partners. He they gave the ok and asked for a 15mins wait time. Came back got the pizza, big mistake should have checked but expected such simple order to be a no brainier. Got home and to my dismay my pizza still had mushrooms and onions and all bits on there. Disgusted is an understatement. Called them and they literally said they can do nothing now and hanged up in my face. Appalling customer services in addition to a terrible order completion, perfect to ruin my pizza night.

Terrible customer service, unhelpful, would definitely not recommend this branch.

Worst experience ever I ordered a margarita pizza & they gave a tomato based burnt pizza with margarita

Absolutely pathetic bunch. Check your orders as they can't be asked to get anything right...dont bother complaining as they will keep going round in circles.Try to listen to the orders...oh and they won't take responsibility for allergens.

Terrible experience ordered 2 pizzas and now have been waiting 2 hours I have called 4 times and only getting through twice and the same guy answers the phone says its on its way and 20 minutes go by and it is still not here and I only live 15 mins away and still waiting would not recommend never using this poor poor restaurant again it is dreadful

Good food, terrible customer service.Have been ordering here for a while with mostly no issues until last night. Food arrived and most of it was there except the garlic bread (had ordered it as extra, not part of an offer or anything). Phoned up hoping to either get the bread delivered or have it refunded from the order and the staff member I talked to on the phone was so rude. Insisted that the driver was on camera leaving with the full order so I must have it and recheck the bag (which I'd already emptied on to the table and told him this), I repeated everything else is here but we're definitely missing it, he just kept repeating we sent it so check again check again, ended up hanging up in frustration . I don't mind if it went to the wrong house or got left in the car or something, but the general rudeness, unwillingness to admit mistakes and terrible customer service is making me reconsider ordering from them again despite the fact that Ive been using them over two years without issue.
