I had sweet & sour chicken balls last nite, i went in the car to collect it, on the way home i had a strange smell, i got home and put 4 on a plate along with the sauce, immediately i knew something didnt taste right. For at least 2 hours later i could taste the same offish smell that was in the car, the food is normally excellent, ive used this place for over 20 years, but feel let down as it was my sunday night treat. Ive still got 6 left which i will bin just in case.

Have ordered from here MANY times over the last 2 years. Every single time the food has been perfectly cooked and delicious & I’ve never had to wait long for it to be delivered. All the staff seem friendly and helpful.

Food showed up like it was made by my nan's Italian chef (he's a show off)As I ate the food my mind wondered to the tiny village in Morocco I never visited where a man smashed his balls on a roast dinner, "DO YOU WANT YOUR POTATOS MASHED???", He screamed!The chips tasted like Concorde going mach 3 and the scrambled egg was made by the off piecemeal approach. Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend the VR experience to anyone.

The beef from the beef curry was disgusting rock hard, didnt taste like beef at all. What ever it was was over cooked. The egg fried rice wasnt fresh you could tell it was not made that day.

Best... tastiest Chinese food in the B23 area.... Guaranteed.... FACTS!!! Omg customer service 10 0ut of 10... nothing they won't do, they go above and beyond. Delivery guys are always on point and friendly

Sorry to have to post this really...We have used this takeaway for years but since management changed we have noticed a slow decline in food and service to the point that after tonight's meal we'll be looking for a different local.I asked for Cantonese sauce 3 times but still got sweet and sour on the crispy chicken.Bits of chicken in the fried rice was rubbery.Soup had a big glob of something in it which also looked like it had stuck to the bottom of the pan before ending up as my dinner.I also asked for a non spicy vermicelli and after picking out the chillies we had the equivalent to at least 4 chillies with seeds too!

I live less than a mile away, used to be my go to chinese. I waited an hour for my food which came and they delivered the wrong meal to me. So another hour later they replace the meal with no apology and then the meal is the worst food I've ever seen. The rice has glued together and you can't even separate it because it's so old and sweaty, the chips were overdone and generally tasted old and horrible and the bbq sauce they originally got wrong was clearly poured off of an old spare ribs with bbq sauce and my family agreed it was a horrible meal and tasted nothing like it should. Will never order again.

we have ordered fro here for years and always had lovely food and delivery - its now changes management and the food is not only awful but takes ages to deliver and food is cold - when we called to complain the young girl on the phone was so rude and would not give us a refund or a replacement meal just argued - lost a good customer
