One thing to note is that this bar is dog friendly. Cool with us , but if you or one of your party is frighted of the woofers it's worth knowing.Quick stop.and being able to order our food at the table made the visit run smooth . My wife had soup of the day , French onion and ham. I had pulled pork chilli with extra jalapeno. The food arrived promptly and tasted delicious. Good choice of beers. Staff friendly. Would recommend this place

Reliably quick service, and friendly staff. A nice menu of reasonably interesting and varied food and drink. Love the entirely separate Gluten Free menu!We visit fairly frequently, and have done for years. Very occasionally mistakes are made, but the staff have always been helpful, understanding and put things right for us.This place seems to be ready and welcoming to everybody: parents with babies or young children, people with dogs, mobility impaired, large groups, etc etc.I just wish it wasn't invariably so busy - but then a successful restaurant will always be busy!

Visited on a busy Bank Holiday just after Christmas and wasn't expecting a quick service but was very pleasantly surprised. Had to wait just a few minutes for a table and once seated we ordered four meals via the table ordering app. Drinks arrived within minutes and food was only 10-15 minutes after ordering. Food was good value and very tasty. Recommended

Our first time here, a friend brought us for lunch. Lovely food, great service, good reasonable prices and options. It was a little noisy because it's all open plan but not too bad considering it was full.

Went for lunch today as the pub we'd booked was closed. Staff were great despite being very busy. Food freshly cooked and we all enjoyed our meals. Would recommend.

Amazing setting, lovely home feel. Felt like I was getting a hug as I walked into the warm. Staff super friendly, digs allowed. Excellent food and great cocktails. 10/10 for my first visit. Will return very soon

Breakfast 😍Really nice place to have breakfast at. I can judge my full English by the hash brown, and hash browns in Verda Lounge were tasty as the rest of content on my plate. There are vegetarian options ( picture nr 1 ) not sure about the vegan options.Liked the atmosphere in there. And girls who served the food were exceptionally attentive and friendly. Well done! Recommended place to go for breakfast!

It was a nice atmosphere and decent portion only thing is I think the avocado smash needed another egg and it was very gardeny.

The food has been delicious and cooked perfectly both times I've eaten here - once a takeaway and once to sit in. The burgers are juicy, fries cooked at the right temperature. NYC burger has everything I love in it - I recommend trying it!
