A group of us came here for a bottomless brunch. Our drinks were kept topped up and the food was really nice they even let a few swap the brunch option for a pizza. definitely got our moneys worth. Wish i got the waitresses name as she was so lovely. The garden at the back is lovely in the summer too 😍

I thought it was closed, but it wasn't and it was very early so the place was almost empty. We saw the oven for the pizza and immediately we said PIZZAAAA & BEEERRRRSSS!!!After work, it's a good place to go and share a few beers and something to eat. The staff was very kind and it's a place we will go back. The entrance it's the only thing I didn't like cause it was a long walk around the place. The entrance is by the canal no the main street, but it's just a small issue, the walk never is bad.

Stumbled by the distillery whilst out for a walk, lovely relaxing atmosphere, we stayed for drinks and a meal, not quite sure about the menu but we will definitely go again the staff was lovely and the service was fantastic

17th DecemberCompany Christmas party, what can I say other than amazing. Food was fabulous and our free from staff were blown away with their foods. Your staff throughout the the day(apologises for not remembering your names)were helpful, friendly absolutely nothing was to much trouble for them, a total credit to the Distillery. Thank you all for a fab day.

Went for a gin making experience. 2 hours long 12-2. £35 for a small bottle of your own gin flavours that you are guided through, a glass of Round House gin and a pizza from their menu. Great host, and experience. Would recommend for any type of event/celebration or simply for the experience.

Has stolen the canal houses crown as best looking pub and beer garden. Wonderful spot, great selection and atmosphere.

·

Great bar and restaurant with friendly members of staff. We particularly enjoyed the vegan burgers and chips. Highly recommend! Will visit again soon.

My first pub trip post the pandemic lockdown. The pub has a well organised layout, the food was tasty and the service was good. I'll go again for the Sunday roast this weekend.

It’s rare the food exceeds my expectations. Every dish was an excellent example; even best of its type. What’s amazing is, The Distillery’s main focus isn’t food... Given that, the drinks they pour must be something else.

First visit here, I can honestly say I was impressed. Located in a historic section of Birmingham city centre, it was originally built in 1874 as stables for the horses that worked the extensive canal network. The building is decorated with some original features and I really liked the contemporary industrial styling of the fittings and furnishings. The service was friendly and happily catered for a large group of people. The menu was simple, yet effective but I was a little disappointed that there were not a lot of chicken choices. Saying that, the paprika half chicken was really nice. Not a fan of gin, but if I were I'm sure I'd have enjoyed the house gin, wgich they make themselves. If you fancy an eatery that's away from the hustle and bustle of broad Street or the main city centre... Venturing around the fringes is a good idea, and this is an ideal venue. Reasonably priced, fully stocked bar, hot and freshly cooked food and a great atmosphere. Will definitely come here again, especially in the summer.
